There is an extremely high turnover rate with this credit union, particularly this branch. There needs to be an investigation into the higher ups if they are unable to attract, train and retain employees. As soon as you meet a new employee, they’re not there on your next visit. My family and I have decided we will be moving our money elsewhere. We can not trust this credit union particularly management.

Service has gone down significantly since I started banking here 20+ years ago. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone, ever. Like everything I guess, just machines.

Having been w. Southern for 30 plus years now it is not normal for me to leave a comment online. But in this instance it is warranted. I had a pressing personal business matter that needed a professional to handle. Your branch Mgr. Ms. Amy Cook took time to ensure that my problem was resolved having the skills necessary to address this matter. She showed a level of understanding that made me feel valued and appreciated. Refreshing! A polished touch. Kudos Ms. Cook

The "supervisor" who was at the teller window on weekends was extremely rude and made no attempt to solve my issue. Second negative experience with this incompetent teller.

Small bank save your self the trouble, go somewhere else. No ATM 24 hrs banking , only works 1/2 the time. App always down or not available at this time. Get used to seeing attached photos , that’s what you will see. Bank has not been the same in about 6 years or so. Sad

If there were a way to put a NEGATIVE star I would! I’ve always had a pleasant experience when visiting this branch to conduct business. Sadly that experience ended today. ONE bad experience has left a very poor opinion of management and this branch as a whole! I’ve come to this branch for 5 years as my home branch is in Fort Lauderdale. My experience here today was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Your branch manager or so she identified herself, behavior was egregious. Her manner unprofessional and her decorum left a lot to be desired. She needs to be either REPLACED or RETRAINED! By the way I also avoided her when she was a teller, because I found her banking sense lacking! It was AGAIN on display today! If I can find another branch or sister branch location I will go there! She’s not fit for management! PLEASE DO BETTER!
