Tre is the very best mobile expert I have ever met and has gone far beyond the sales portion of my purchase to assure my iPhone Mac Pro 1tb functionality is perfect and that I am happy with my purchase. He has worked tirelessly on getting my phone working properly for complete functionality. He works as though T-Mobile is his company with vested interest in the customer as I wouldn’t have considered this purchase without his devotion to making certain my phone is a perfect tool for my overall use and my happiness with this purchase. Thanks again Tre for all of your hardworking because your work ethic has place T-Mobile on top with me. You re managerial level far beyond the simple salesperson with unrivaled dedication to your profession.

On Wednesday morning 9/19/2023,First, let's start off with me being a first time I- phone user I have no clue of what I am so I go for help . So I go to T-Mobile at 64 and Germantown. I walk in music loudly from a small speaker so I don't hear anyone speak. Secon,d to the person who finally addressed me had the nasty attitude I proceeded to try to tell him what I needed. I was trying to port my number over from my old phone which was an Android and I needed to get the label printed so I could ship the other phone off , then he said he can't send it off from the what I said I needed the label printed instead of him listening to what I needed to do he tells me I needed to call customer care because he can't do it. Never pull up my account NEVER ASKED ME MY NAME NOR PHONE NUMBER. I was thinking why is he so rude the store just opened. I left there mad. Just very disappointed and disrespectful. So I decided to try another location. Bartlett and Stage Road. This older lady in this store was awesome. I was welcome when I walked in I explained what I needed and she went over and beyond helping me. Overall me going to another location was the best choice. Thanks T-Mobile Bartlett ?

If I could I would have given a zero rating. The staff was not friendly and didn't say hello. The one lady that did speak to me. She said you can't return items to the store you need to take it to the ups store. She only said this after she finally looked at what I had and that was about 30 minutes later.

My wife and I have been considering changing our wireless service for several months but have been unable to find anyone who we felt comfortable with to make a change. A close friend recommended us to go to T- Mobile at Costco on Germantown Rd and see Tre H. We were so impressed with the knowledge Tre possessed as well as his ability to explain all the options available for our specific needs.We made the change to T-Mobile and Tre was the primary reason why!We have since recommended Tre and T-Mobile to several friends.

I AM a senior, I went to Costco on Germantown Park way Team Mobile section, I meet a wonderfully young man, Tre Hayes, he was so patient with me in my selection of a Samsung phone, he was very knowledgeable and his infectious personality was inviting that is the reason I bought a phone. Your Company need more sale person like him. It was a pleasure meeting him. I hope you keep him around because he is going to do great in sales.

We went in to the T-Mobile store to purchase two phones at 1:00 pm. The first phone's data transfer, an I-phone, was fast and no issue. The Samsung device got stuck in the data transfer and we left the phone with store personnel to diagnose any transfer issues and complete the transfer. When we went back to the store at 7:00 pm, the data had still not transferred. We waited for a store employee to focus on the issue until 5 minutes before closing at 8:00, at which time we suggested doing a direct transfer with a cord instead of wireless. That worked, and it was done by about 8:20 pm. We were relieved, and asked one more question about how to retrieve the data from the previous phone's SD card. The employee removed the SIM card, looked at it and put it back in, but not all the way. When we got home, the phone was showing "no SIM card", and not knowing what to do, we messed with settings for about an hour and a half, until we removed the SIM card and put it back in. After that, it worked. Since we paid for this "service", we were disappointed at the lack of support we received. We hope we never have to go back.

I have been a T-MOBILE customer for more than 20 years. Recently I have experienced some cell phone connectivity issues. But, so far the T-MOBILE "EXPERTS" have NOT been able to solve my connection issues.

The staff is friendly; however, watch your bill after trading in a new device. The reps are adding the Protection360 plan for $13/mo WITHOUT getting the customer's consent. I had this happen last week (March 2022). This is a shameful practice that the management in the area seems to endorse as I've had this occur at multiple T-Mobile stores. Getting the plan removed requires calling into 611, and sadly the phones reps (which are recently outsourced) are all too familiar with this in-store scam.
