Im banking with One United Bank now a bank that apprecites black peoples business. If you are an African American do not bank with this bank. The management in customer service card services and even at the branch level is ridiculous, terrible and very unprofessional. I have been a customer for over 5 years and always have a problem resolving issues. I have seen preferential treatment given right before my eyes; denying me the same courtesy as another of a different color. If I could give a 0 I would do so. I will be posting on my other email accounts as well. Again, if you are a black person like myself do not bank with companies that hire people with discriminatory tendencies. Everyone should be treated ALIKE.Im banking with One United Bank now a bank that apprecites black peoples business.

The employees did not have on masks during a global pandemic. They were very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about the company procedures. The mask rule should be enforced I was very uncomfortable and will not be visiting again.

I have been a customer of FSNB for over 7 years and this bank use to have wonderful customer service. When the manager changed all the old staff left. Either forced out by this new manager or just tired of how she treated them. The manager is very rude unless you are African-American then she seems to go out of her way to make you happy. The up side to this bank is the fraud detection department I love the fact that if they slightly detect something amiss with the use of the card they shut it down instantly. A quick call usually gets the card up and running with in minutes but this safety feature they have is wonderful. But for this branch I feel at times even with me being happy with the complete service this bank offers I have been thinking of changing banks due to how racist this new manager is. She has been working there for a few years now and as the years go by her attitude towards non African Americans seems to be getting worse. The staff use to be a mixed staff now this branch seems to have only one Caucasian which is deemed in the retail and political world as the token staff member. My feelings on this bank location could very well change if this manager was replaced with a manger who doesn't frown on deversity of ethnics meaning only hiring African-Americans, treats non African-Americans with respect and leaves racism at the door where it belongs. If these things I mentioned being the problem were removed I would have rated this bank's branch with 5 stars because FSNB itself is wonderful. But this branch is the worst I have seen in all the years of banking at that branch.

Horrible! They allowed a large check to be processed twice causing my funds to be depleted and overdraft charges. When it was brought to their attention instead of an immediate correction they forced me to wait until the following Monday causing me to be without funds and unable to feed my family the entire weekend. This in my opinion is about as incompetent as someone handling your money can be. Hope this review helps others.

This bank is horrible. I had a fraudulent charge. The bank deactivated my debit card without my consent. I went up there to get a new card since mines was just a piece of plastic and they charge me for it. You pay a monthly fee and you get charge when someone fraudulently uses your account. Even the tellers didn't know why they charge you after your account has been hack. It's not like I lost my card. How is that good customer service? Do not bank here.
