From the outside, this might look like just your average store—but the moment you step inside, you’re greeted like family. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and seems to know you by name. I don’t remember the name of the person who helped me, but I’m incredibly thankful for them. I had a job interview at 10 a.m. on Wednesday (July 2nd) and was feeling nervous. I came in needing to print my resumes, and the employees made the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they even wished me luck on my interview—which meant more than they probably realized. Kindness goes a long way, and the team here truly gets that. Thank you again to everyone who helped me that day!

I visited the Cordova UPS store on June 14,2025. I was very happy with the promptness of their greeting and the no wait time. My associate, Gabe, was friendly and efficient. He asked if I needed any other assistance and said “have a good day” when I left.

Max and Gabe help me and I appreciate them. Max's smile was very welcoming and he even helped me setup my cash app card that was not working yet. My English not good and he was patient helping me with everything and shipping and teaching Gabe to work. All stars to them
