Your basic shipping needs will be met here as expected. The notary service, however, is terrible. Jessica S. always has an attitude. Today she was unwilling to as much as explain the difference between a Jurat and an Acknowledgement - claiming that she is not allowed to do so and we just have to know what those terms mean. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to another UPS store if you need something notarized.

Buyer beware definitely at this location. I rented a 24/7 access po box .....after a week I still don't have access and I was informed they will not accept small packages for mailboxes even after the man that rented it to me said I could. A total wate of money. I've used other ups stores before and know they are independently owned .....that being said, stay away from this joke of a store. If I could give - 10 stars I would.I've spoken to Tyler twice this week only to be told (in a sense).....oh well, sorry for your luck. He said he would contact whoever is responsible for allowing customers to have access 24/7 another email....but that really dosent do me any good. I'm almost positive you were paid to provide a service that I can't use......money for absolutely nothing.Update:I appreciate the refund and the final conclusion of this total misunderstanding.

Jessica S. at store 0614 was so sweet helping me get notarized. She was very understanding and helped me to print out the documents that I needed. Wonderful customer service. Thank you Jessica!

(1/4/24) ATTENTION EVERYONE!! Beware of ALEXIS. Her attitude and customer service is as rude/ nasty as they come. And the assistant manager Jessica allows her to do so. My second time/ LAST TIME coming here in a week trying to drop off a package. The first time the guy told me I had to pay $10 for a box (for a drop off w/QR code)... not happening. Today I went back to drop off and had to deal with Alexis and her pissy attitude. Went to the counter with my code already up.. don't remember her asking me if I was "shipping" or "dropping off". However, Alexis proceeded to ask me for my license and when I asked her why she said, "if you're not a frequent shipper they need your license." I then told her that I wasn't shipping only dropping off with my QR code. So I gave her the code to scan and it said invalid/error or whatever. So I ask her to give me a moment to get the right code, and she pops an attitude (and sarcastically) says "thought you were ready." I asked, why the attitude? "I don't have an attitude." I then told her she should've stayed at home if she didn't want to be bothered.As she proceeded to be pissy, I asked for the manager/assistant manager to continue assisting me. Alexis is still yapping, so I asked the manager to tell her to stop talking to me, especially, while she's assisting another customer. Jessica (manager) scans my code and said it's not able to be scanned. So I called Nike and they told me that it was nothing WRONG with the QR code and it doesn't EXPIRE.... just sounds like they were giving me the runaround. But it's fine because I won't EVER COME BACK.UPS CORPORATE, Alexis hates working here, and I'm sure she's the reason for all of the previous low ratings. So take heed if you want to keep this store in business, and send her on her way. ALEXIS, REMEMBER THIS... I DON'T CARE WHERE YOU GO.... GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY! How you treat others is EVERYTHING to GOD! So get yourself together, before your time run out.

The manager is lazy and condescending. Find another job if you don’t like what you do. I took the product to a customer care center off New Brunswick and had no issues at all and there was no line.

The employee refused my usps package because he couldn’t provide a receipt but I work at ups and we take usps packages all the time although we make the customer aware of the receipt situation

Contrary to the most recent review, I had an amazing experience with Alexis. She was helpful and happy, despite all the hype from the last review..Alexis was a star player in my book, she tended to my needs with care and compassion when slight problems arose. Thank you Alexis for putting a smile on my face and handling my package with care. God has great things in store for you!!! Your time is not up yet !!

Awful experience, I come to get a form notarized and the notary not doing absolutely nothing states, "Oh our notary services end at 3". So basically a person needs to take off work to get document signed. Most absurd experience.

My experience with the UPS Store located on Germantown Parkway has primarily been for Amazon returns. As long as I'm organized with my returns and QR codes, it's a painless process. Employees are efficient, friendly and polite. On the occasions I've had questions, the responses have been professional.

The employee, Caia, was so very patient, helpful and sweet when helping me with packaging my Christmas present to ship! It made coming to the UPS store during a high traffic time a more pleasant experience!
