Best customer service ever! We had to transfer from Att and they went way above and beyond! Store manager is amazing! All the staff was so helpful and fast. I have been to other Verizon stores and best customer service. Thank you for all your help.

My wife had a problem with her iPhone: When an e-sim card in Europe was installed, the US connection disappeared. Upon our return to the US, we spoke with Verizon representative Candace, the store’s assistant manager, who with professionalism, enthusiasm and efficiency cleared up our problem. Thanks, Candace, for your kind and patient customer service!! We’re happy customers!

Literally just 2 workers in this store while it’s about 12 people in here … they need more help at this location the service is slow ….but the workers are nice and knowledgeable maybe since this is the nearest location that’s why everyone is here . They just need to hire some more workers I would say at least 3-4 or 5.

I've tried several times to call this store. You can't get through. I want to conduct my business locally and check things before I drive to location. The fact that you can't verify that products are in stock or begin my process before I get there so things are ready when I arrive is completely ridiculous. My time is valuable just like yours I'm not going to spend an hour on the phone trying to get someone at the store. Your process is not customer friendly. Completely lost the plot. I will go to a dealer store down the street. They answer the phone. Shame on you Verizon your lack of customer service has been noted.

Went into the store. Do you swap out my phone? And because it was close to closing store, staff refused to take care of a loyal customer. To me, that is the laziest poorest. Excuse for good customer service.I have ever seen. I am filing a full complaint with the corporate office

Store manager was extremely rude and insisted that she could not supply me with a new sim card. She was huffing and puffing. Looked me up and down while I was talking to another associate and rolled her eyes. I asked if she could sell me a sim she said I don't sell I only give them for free to Verizon customers. Told me its a big tech issue and that I needed to go to a mobile repair company. I suggested we call tech support from the store. Tech support told her what to do. She refused to give me a new sim card. I went to another location in Memphis and the issue was fixed within 5 minutes. Her appearance does not give manager. Her teeth looked bad and nasty. She had rash or something on her face. Her clothes were baggy. I can only imagine how many people she's done this to. I recommend going to the Poplar or Union location. The vibe in other stores is much better, and the employees seem eager to work and help. I expect managers to look neat clean hair maintained and with clean shoes on, not the way she carried herself. Bad taste.

I had a question regarding my account, no one in 2 stores could help me with. They gave me a number to call and that person I called was awesome he answered all my questions and helped me with my account.

Ordered a new phone for a family member. When I ordered it they put it in a locker so all I had to do was to send them a code and click allow on my phone when they arrived. Once they wiped their old phone all I had to do was hand it back to one of the Verizon workers.

I had a terrible experience at this Verizon store. I came in simply to get help with my SIM card, and the staff was completely unhelpful. They didn’t seem to have the knowledge or the willingness to assist me. Instead of trying to solve the issue, they kept redirecting me to call customer service—why even have a store if you can’t help with something as basic as a SIM card?
The employee I spoke to acted like I was wasting their time and didn’t even attempt to troubleshoot the problem. I ended up leaving the store without a resolution and feeling incredibly frustrated. This was a complete waste of my time, and I’ll think twice before relying on Verizon’s in-store service again.

After not getting help for almost 3 hours in Millington called customer service who ordered us a phone right there to pick up in Cordova. We rushed over 1 hour till closing where Nick, Alan and Candice were AMAZING helping us even helping with transferring although closing. Thank you for everything. What am amazing team.

This location is on the struggle bus. I went to port a line from ATT and was given no assistance on setting up my new phone. The employees told me I should have no problem figuring it out on my own at home. Well, days later and still don’t have full service because my line was not transferred properly. The store did appear short staffed on the day I first went. I had to go back to the store since I still didn’t have service. This time I was told I had to leave the store because they were closing due to lack of staff. Switching phone carriers has not been a pleasant experience and I may just return to ATT. But it also appears that the store needs some support from Verizon corporate to keep the doors open.

Fire the whole staff it’s horrible, I can’t even take my time to look around to see if the item of my choice of something I wanted. I was so uncomfortable by this rude staff who is impatient because I wanted to look first before purchasing anything, I’m being rush while they holding their head as if their so bothered by me looking and mumbling under their breath and laughing. One say it don’t even take all that. I want be returning and I’m going change my service I’m sick of the unprofessionalism at Verizon.
