Fire the whole staff it’s horrible, I can’t even take my time to look around to see if the item of my choice of something I wanted. I was so uncomfortable by this rude staff who is impatient because I wanted to look first before purchasing anything, I’m being rush while they holding their head as if their so bothered by me looking and mumbling under their breath and laughing. One say it don’t even take all that. I want be returning and I’m going change my service I’m sick of the unprofessionalism at Verizon.

I went it on Labor Day and I received the worst service of my life. The lady with the bob was a little nicer than the other light skin lady, she had a bad attitude and didn't know anything. I'm not sure why Verizon would hire her when she's not capable of answering any questions. I'm considering leaving Verizon for good after that experience!!

It's sad to see how they RIP people off and trick people into upgrades that automatically renew your 2 yr contract and now 3 yr contracts without pointing it out to them

Got there to this location at 6:30, the guy working there literally sat there talking to his employee for 30 mins. Once I got off the phone with fraud department, he stated he couldn’t help me because the system goes down at 7:00 p.m. yet they let this other customer back into the store, after the gates were closed and everything, started helping him with a transaction. Was very unprofessional, I don’t recommend this location. I even had to drive back past the location to go to a different a Verizon store and the guy was still inside at the counter. So I don’t understand why he couldn’t help me, yet could help someone else AFTER the store was CLOSED!!! Had the guy not been more worried about talking then he could of helped me, instead of waiting until 7:00 to say oh our system is down!! I pay a lot of money with Verizon and have never been treated this way by a Verizon employee, extremely unacceptable!

Worse customer service!! Why do companies keep hiring rude people with nasty attitudes? One employee Chris was so arrogant and horrible to everyone. Employees were so angry because there were customers outside the store waiting for it to open. Take your lazy classless tail home if you don't have enough common sense to be decent and kind to customer's. So pathetic!!!

Man please go to another location for help. Walked in nobody said anything to me. I sat down when another customer came in, I greeted them and said welcome to Verizon someone will be with you shortly. Well I guess that got one of them attention. Someone finally came over to help the people in front of me. I will never go back to this location again. After reading the comments, it is obvious the owner doesn’t care either.

Very unhappy with the last 2 visits at this location. Employees were very unhelpful and instead of trying to help their customer they would rather try sell you something that isn't necessary. There is no point of having a brick and mortar store if you are just going to tell me to do everything online. I will be looking for a new phone service

So today I went to the Verizon store for some assistance, just to be able to speak with someone. I was told we cannot help you by an associate named O. Then associate Allen steps up and ask my situation. I explain what I am trying to understand. Allen turns around and talks to O. Allen then turns around and says “look man we are retail now you coming in here I am looking to see how I can make your bill higher” “ this just isn’t the place for you” I was told.To be clear I asked Allen “ do you mean to say you are just here to make my bill higher and take my money”. Allen laughed and said yes.

I stopped in this Verizon store twice in the past few weeks. Everyone seems to be sitting around doing nothing. One girl is playing with her fingernails. They can see me standing here but no one has asked if they could help me. One girl is playing with her fingernails. I will give them about 5 minutes more and I am out of here. The manager came out and just looked at me. Well I am just a old white guy that makes good money. I am going to take my business elsewhere. This store won't make it much longer.

At Verizon they tell you your bill is not going to be high and I had to call practically every month with the same thing I was with ATT if that was the case I should have stay with ATT

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had! Three employees in the store we were the only customers in the store and we couldn’t get the time of day to get any help. Two of them were watching football and not doing anything!

RUDE staff never helped customers just sat in her chair. When I told her I was there to get a new phone new phone she asked what kind and then said they're on the wall over there never came back to ask me if I needed help or try to move forward with the sale so I just left I will go somewhere where my business is wanted 1In my 12 years of being a Verizon customer I have never had such poor service

Absolutely the worst store to ever do business at. ALL THE STAFF ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL && VERY INCONSIDERATE UPON ARRIVAL NO GREET CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS && THEY’RE VERY CLUELESS ON TRYING TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS YOU’RE HAVING WITH YOUR DEVICE(s). I went to the store to pick up my order. I got my order but before leaving the store I wanted to make sure that the devices worked before leaving…. && guess what the device (iPhone 13 gold pro) didn’t work. These people gave me a number that was under someone else name which means my phone couldn’t be activated. I repeatedly asked for a refund nothing was done. Tried calling customer service which they also sucks as well because the problem still was able to be fixed!! Now mind you all I’m a new customer never had any service with Verzion. Just imagine how livid I am purchased a phone they won’t give me an refund on because of the mistake they made. Now I’m stuck with a phone that doesn’t have a number. The employees claim they can’t generate another number because the money I paid went towards someone else’s account. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND A DECEASED PERSON TO THIS COMPANY!!!
