I bought an over the counter allergy mdication for 18 dollars and some.
this morning when I tried to take a pill, before opening the box I looked at the expiration date. It was 08/2024. I was very shocked to see that they sold me a expired medication. took it back this afternoon to return or swap it, they only refunded 16 dollars and some. when I asked why, he said its on the return reciept that it only returns 16 dollars. This means the store stole 2 dollars from me. I am going to change my farmacy and I will bycott this store since it sold an expired medication and stole 2 dollars from me in th name of policy for the same expired allergy medication. Its very unfortinate .

They are so slow. I went out of the country and went to pick up my meds when I got back. They couldn’t hold it one week for me to get back in the country. They said It would take 10-15 minutes when they had to refill it. I waited 20 to give them the benefit of the doubt. I just left.

For this Walgreens to be located so closely to three subdivisions and a large apartment complex, they are poorly stocked. I’ve already moved my prescriptions, but I can’t depend on them to have everyday supplies or food items. So frustrating.

This is strictly towards the pharmacy department. I feel they are highly unprofessional and lack the knowledge and skills appropriate to perform the services they offered. My mom who is older and retired has attempted on two separate occasions to obtain her flu shot; each time the same pharmacy tech who works the inside counter informed her they were not performing at that time even though there were no customers present. I find it to be an inconvenience when staff who are supposedly able to perform small tasks as administering a flu shot continuously avoid the task altogether. But after this incident I will be changing her pharmacy location because there is no reason to deal with such lack of knowledge regarding such simple tasks.

If I could give the employees at this store 0 stars, I would. Providing excellent customer service to the public, they know nothing about. I don't know what type of training Walgreens give their employees once they are hired, but it seems they missed the entire presentation.
Me and my husband stopped at this location this morning about 10:00am hoping to get some items that were out of stock at other Walgreens.
When we walked into the store, we immediately saw two employee's working to stocking products on the shelves. One was a young Caucasian female, and the other was a younger African American male. The female looked at us when we walked in and continued to keep working. Neither employee acknowledged us by speaking nor did they did not utter a single word. As we were walking through the store, the female walked past us as if we were invisible and still said nothing.
While we were shopping, we encountered four other employees in the store and they all did the same exact thing, nothing! No good morning, hello, or anything.
As we got all of our items and was walking to the front checkout counter, we passed by one of the pharmacy techs. She was an older African American female. She walked past us looking straight ahead and said nothing.
Once we got to the checkout counter the employee said, "how are you doing?" As if I was alone and my husband was not standing there with me putting all the items on the belt.
When there are two or more individuals, you should know that it is "how are you all doing?"
Usually, I don't spend my hard-earned money at places that don't appreciate my business but today I had no choice. I had been to several stores, and they all were out of stock of the things I needed.
This is one Walgreens that I will never ever shop at or spend my money again! I spent almost $45 in this store today to experience the WORST customer service I've ever had.

This store needs to organize its inventory better. I came to this store to buy some shampoo and it wouldn’t ring up all because it wasn’t in a valid category. I had to waste another 5 minutes to buy another shampoo that thankfully did ring up that time. I’m just asking the management and everyone involved in that department there to please do better when stocking up items for future reference. Thanks!

I don’t usually do things like this. Although, I really think they need to make some changes regarding testing. 1. They didn’t clean the stations in between servicing. I had to take the Lysol can and spray the areas down myself. 2. I have insurance to cover the test. Although, it took so long for them to process my insurance I ended up just paying out of pocket. I could have saved 20$. 3. Without even speaking to me, they instructed someone to go ahead of me like I haven’t already been waiting for 30 mins.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Dee the pharmacy manager. She went above and beyond to make sure all may sons new insurance information was applied to our account and ordered several prescriptions that I had been unable to get any definitive information on. Thanks so much Dee for all your hard work!!! Give this girl a raise!!

The worse experience of my life at a Walgreens!!! Do not I repeat do not shop here! I had a photo order that I put in for few days now. I never got a notification that the order was cancelled. Today I and multiple days before I attempted to call the store to confirm my order because I never got my email. Each time I called the employees would pick up and then hang up but claim that the phone wasn't working. I tried to Talk to a manager a person named Kiera Lyn that was there said she was the manger although she had no manager tag on? She was completely rude about the incident and gave no care in the world that I am not without my order for my child's event. I will contacting the better business bureau for this location it needs to be shut down. The treatment you get there is terrible. I wish I could give 0 stars if it was possible .
