Had my 1996 Land Cruiser towed in due to a heater hose rupturing. I specifically asked (through text) for a quote to test the existing coolant and replace the heater hose; that was it. I was told I would be in good hands since they had a Master Toyota and Master Lexus Tech on staff, and that I would get a call the next day after inspection.
This excited me since I had later plans for the heirloom vehicle I recently acquired.
I received a call two days later saying they were done with the hose repair and replaced the coolant due to total loss of fluid. They gave me an invoiced price for these repairs (which was totally reasonable) but then proceeded to say that “Due to the age and mileage of the vehicle, and the potential for unforeseen issues, we are unwilling to proceed with additional repairs.”
This is a 28 y/o vehicle with 321k miles. Everything works and is comparably in better shape than most. It is daily driven, I trust it, but unfortunately have to find a place more interested in performing general maintenance and repairs.
This rating is due to the service advisor not following my initial (typed) instructions, the lack of follow up the next day (as I was told) and the general distaste I now have for a local shop that I was looking forward to building a relationship with. Rick and Chris were professional, and I appreciate the work performed, but I guess this wasn’t their shop’s desired focus. If it was a case of potential warranty issues later on, then that could’ve been solved with an honest conversation.

Chris and his wife are very polite and well mannered, I had a wheel bearing and a bad axle seal in my jeep.Chris replaced it The new seal was defected I called after hours I left a message he returned my phone call within minutes of me leaving a message after hours wich he didn't have to, he told me to bring it in the next day he resolved the problem I highly recommend this place, will be using them in the future, they are very detailed, gave me a print out of all the stuff he checked out. And a photo of the differential where the gear is wearing a little,

This location was recommended to me by another shop, who was having problems diagnosing my van. These people worked on my van for 2 weeks straight. They were communitve and polite. Rick took the time to explain to me what was going on in a way that I could understand. They were always patient and kind. However, in the end, after three thousand dollars worth of work, they could not fix my van. I promise you on my life that man did not charge me a dime. He said in good conscience he couldn't charge me for something he couldn't fix. He left every single part on the van that he placed there. It is a rare, Let me repeat, IT IS A RARE occurrence to come across, not only an honest person but a moral person. It is with all sincerity that I recommend this shop.

I cannot say enough about Chris, Rick, Tara and the whole team. Super friendly, honest, patient and compassionate. Above and beyond mechanical knowledge and work hard to offer fair pricing for top quality crafstmanship. They did a posi rear end for my 87 Chevy R20 pickup and numerous other repairs on it and are doing a full build on my 71 C10. Chris will deal with you fairly and I would send my mother or grandmother to them and know they would take good care of her.

My wife had a screw in the sidewall of one of her tires, Chris, Tara and the team were able to find a tire and get her back on the road same day. No small feat as Cooper has stopped making the tires we have on her car! Great service and fantastic price!

Took our daughters car in for check engine light. They diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue in less than a few hours. They also checked the car out and made sure everything else was in good shape. I really liked that they use automation to get the estimate to you quickly with pictures and description of what the problem is. Great customer service. They will definitely be our go-to vehicle repair shop.

I took my wrangler to Diff Plus to diagnose some issues in my suspension and I kept hearing some noise when using 4x4 in the front. They quickly found the issue and sent me an estimate. One day later they had upgraded my front drive shaft with a beefy double Ujoint shaft and fixed my front sway links. Not only did it fix the issue I had but now my jeep doesn't have any noise, vibration or loose feeling. . I am very pleased with results and the fast friendly service I recieved.

Had a check engine light on my 2014 Charger. Took it to Differential Plus and they evaluated the problem and gave me an itemized list for the repair. Price to fix my issue was very reasonable. The work was evaluated and repair was done in couple of hours. Very happy with my service and will be using them again in the future.
