If I could give them zero stars I would! We have had problems out of them from the start!! At first we thought it was just because we picked the cheapest package so we went up one. At first it was fine but you could only be on one thing at a time! Then it started where it didn’t want to work at all so we called and they had to “reset” the system near my house. We had to call 3 times because it kept doing it. We ended up bumping our package up one more time and we’ve been having more problems then we did the last time!! But every time we call it’s “oh it’s the tower we will just reset the system and it will work”!! News flash IT DOESN’T WORK!!! Now they want to charge us $75 for them to come and check out their equipment?!?!? Yeah no!!! It’s the worse internet I have ever seen! We have been nice about all of the problems but I’m to the point now where I’m going to tell them to come get their equipment and shove it where the sun don’t shine!!!

HORRIBLE!!! The one good review they have here is from a guy that works there. Derserves a 0. Dont waste your time or money. Constantly having to message them to reset it. They always have a different excuse---updates, your router isn't working correctly(we bought a new one long ago, nothing changed), you have Interference in your home). They did finally come out and told us it was printers(that were not in use and not plugged in), and an extender. Extender thrown out and a year later they're still trying to tell us that's what's messing it up. We have a playstation, 3 cell phones and 2 tablets that are used regularly, rarely at the same time and occassionally we "try" to watch Netflix.. Got tired of the back and forth and bought a verizon jetpack for a backup, works great so far. You get 30g for $65 a month. And after the 30 it slows down some but not near what crossroads My husband finally gave them them the ultimatum to fix it or we were going to part ways if they didnt fix it. Gave us the same lame excuses as they have before as well as the same excuses they've given anyone else that I've ever spoken to that has their service. They emailed us and told us to find another service and they'd be cutting our service off the end of the month. They also owe me a credit of $11.97 that they had given us the month before. Il, hold my breath to get it. True crooks. Will be reporting to the BBB

Started off great, but within 3 months it began buffering frequently and has only gotten worse. Customer service started off great as well but sadly, it's only gone downhill too. I would rather do without internet completely than continue as a customer.

constantly buffers when streaming video, bought a new router no change, called and they said it was our fault.

This is the worst internet service I've ever had, rural or otherwise. I'm not sure if they have too many customers and not enough towers or our house doesn't actually have a good view of the tower (even though they told us we would have great reception). Either way, they sold us the equipment and said we'd have a great internet service for $80 a month and most of the time we can't even open an email. Internet service during the day is okay at best but you can just forget accessing the internet at night or on the weekends. Stick with AT&T or Comcast, don't waste your money on Crossroads!!

Their pricing model is crazy. 99$ for 2 down and 1 up? That's insane o.o I ended up going with Wisper as they had better pricing I got a 6 down and 1.5 up through wisper for less money... Cross roads could become a better ISP if the prices were decent.
