The employee that helped me was extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure my new phone was working properly before I left and even showed me how to use certain features that I didn't know about

I've been an AT&T customer for 25 yrs. I was going to purchase over 100 dollars of accessories...they never acknowledged me so after 15 minutes of standing at the register I walked out and bought it at Verizon in 2 minutes...terrible customer service

Came in from out of town to setup a newly purchased phone for my MIL. The gentleman (Michael, I believe) had it switched over and working in minutes. I did not buy anything on my visit, but both employees were courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this store by my this experience. Thank you for helping me out. I will be back by if I’m ever in need again.

Stop Sending your customer service jobs to India, they are incompetent, they can’t speak understandable English. There are plenty of clear speaking Americans that need jobs. You and every other company giving customer service jobs to foreign countries when it irritates your customers and there are Americans needing jobs should be ashamed of yourselves

Went in yesterday for new service. There were a few hiccups, but we were able to get new lines up and running with the help of Allison. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful and patient as well. I went in with a ton of questions and she was able to answer all of them. If you’re looking to do business with AT&T, stop by the Milan store and see Allison, you’ll be glad you did.

I came in to the Milan store to swap from Verizon (of 18 years) to AT&T. Bradley Webster went above and beyond to make the swap as smooth and easy as possible. I would highly recommend him along with Allison to anyone. I was very hesitant to change my service but I am so very glad I did and have absolutely NO REGRETS!

First time I stopped at THIS store I felt because the 2 guys couldn't be bothered to assist me. Today they didn't even bother to open the store. Left at 1030 with store still closed. The Jackson store is usually really busy so thought I'd try Milan again.

If you want your disabled elderly family member to be talked down to publicly, and told to “hit the door” after sitting around for 5 hrs in pain waiting for assistance of some sort; This may be the place for you!! Honestly if they can’t help someone, they really shouldn’t beat around the bush about it. Be very clear you cannot help that person from the get-go. I’d call and ask to speak to the higher-ups, but I’ve been asked not to do so. I asked for names, but I wasn’t given any otherwise I’d gladly post it here. I am VERY upset about how my father was treated today. He was treated horribly and I bet he’s not the only person who has been treated like a fool. To sit there and argue with a customer with a store full of people, this person must be very comfortable doing so often because my father is a very pleasant sweet man. He didn’t deserve to be handled that way. SHAME ON YOU!!

At&t blows a bag of big ones. Don't try to go to this store on a Sunday. Says they are open on Google 12-6 and on their front. 20 minute drive!

Better place where spirit of God lead me to as I got on AT&T Store on the app.showed ,God was leading me don't give up so as I hold on in , told the representative over the phone.jm going where spirit of God lead me too.Milan AT&T. Store.yes better and quicker and I find out they sale fire stcks and roku stick.im so bless to meet bless employees yesterday
