While driving through town, my radiator cracked, and the people here went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. They called around to every store to find a replacement radiator and reached out to local shops for assistance with the repair. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I'm handicap and have a very hard time getting into a store and I call ahead of time and explained this to them they got what I needed came to my car got my debit card and went back in and paid for my stuff brought it all back to me I was so very thankful for this the guy was super super nice to me told me they would do that for me anytime this means alot to me thank you Milan tn auto zone I caint say thank you enough I wish I knew the guys name so he can be recognized my his manager I went there about 4pm Friday March 29th

I have been there 3 times since I have been in Milan and I have had the best experience. They have changed my wipers and my batteries. Bobby and the manger are so sweet and helpful. They deserve a salary raise.
