The staff is always rude and snooty they have deposited my check in the wrong account on multiple occasions and have given me trouble for putting money in my own account telling me that I didn't sign my own checks, it's as if they see how much money you make and hate that you make that much money and just don't want to deposit it, I recommend any other bank that's not full of people who are not happy to see other success.

Went to open a bank account for my son and did all the paperwork and gave the woman our id's and social security cards. Then and ONLY then did she mention a credit report I asked "Is it a hard or soft hit" she replied with "It's a soft hit" I told her my credit score and she said nothing. My score came back exactly the same number I told her. She then said "I'm sorry we cannot open a bank account at this time (not her fault my credits not that great). After about 2 hours later I get a hard hit on my credit report. I called and was told "Oh no we don't do that"...Well it's on 2 of my credit reports as a hard hit and I took a points hit because of it. Needless to say NOT at all a good experience from this bank.

The most friendliest place in West Tn. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. Forget those “chain” banks, this place proves bigger isn’t better

If you dont bank with them dont bother. Went to take change in to convert to bills. They want to charge $5 or 5%. Ridiculous scam is what that is. Not ever doing business there and i would persuade anyone not to do business with them.

Also, just so you know, in Tennessee, Notary Public (s) are hard to find. Usually, Bank Managers and the Head Teller can notarize documents. Plus, if you have an account there, they usually do this service free of charge. At this branch, there are two ladies who do this for us + they are both delightful!
