(6/20/25) I got a chance to speak to the hotel manager and he is doing everything he can to set things right, which I appreciate very much he took his time with the situation and didn't diss me when I expressed my concerns about everything going on. So much better then the woman I spoke to before. Thank you Allen, you're awesome!!!!
(6/19/25) I will never again book here very unprofessional I had a a mix up with a website error and they had ended up cancelling my reservation I called them 10 times trying to get ahold of someone to figure out what is going on and when I did get a hold of someone they were rude AF! I told them I was going to be a day late due to the mix up on the website and upon arriving they told me they cancelled my reservation even after speaking to the clerk yesterday and then telling me it's fine so I had to pay MORE money and can only stay here a night. This place is very unprofessional and I do not recommend this place at all!! If you value your money and time go elsewhere.”
