“Great Service! Ive been in line at several post offices in Jackson, TN and I would rather drive from Jackson to the Medina office any day. The North Jackson offices are rude and the line is extremely long. The folks at the Medina Post Office are professional, extremely helpful, and nice.”

“I don't have any problem with it but at the time of this review, I have only been in this area five months. For five months also, I have a PO Box and have been at the service desk several times. The employee is always nice, helpful, and explains things. She has never appeared agitated or aggravated to help me or anyone else I have viewed her helping. The reason for my 4 star instead of 5 is due to a couple of things. 1. There is not a machine in the postal lobby for stamps. Some postal offices do not have an actual machine but a wall machine so no one can tamper with it. 2. It seems in Spring birds like to nest above the entrance door which makes a nasty mess below. Someone should be hired to fix that problem to prevent the birds from nesting.”
