The place is beautiful on the inside. Very warm and inviting, the staff is amazing. The stylist will listen to what you want and actually fix your hair the way you want it not them.

My absolute favorite!!!! I haven’t lived here long, needed a new salon, and I found the best salon ever! I will never go anywhere else, this is my forever salon ♥️♥️♥️ Maddie is my stylist, and she is literally the best thing that has happened to my hair! Love her and this place!!

Was quoted a $40 wash & cut for 12pm (should have known better than to take an appointment at lunch time) on December 1st, thru text. Did not wash my hair beforehand since I asked for a wash. She did not wash my hair. I asked for 4 to 5 inches off in length, she cut maybe 2. Asked for layers, I can not see them. I asked for curtain bangs, she proceeded to tell me that's for people who style their hair everyday and she did not do it. She would barely snip any hair and asked me about 5 times "is this good"? It was just very unprofessional. I had been going thru a depressed time and so badly needed a good wash and fresh nice cut that day, not to have my oily depressed hair let down for her to act like she didn't want to touch it, was embarrassing to say the least. I am a mom of 3 and rarely have the money/time to get anything done to my hair. She also did not ask me to take off my hoodie and I left COVERED in hair. I was only charged $25, which it wasn't worth. Could have gotten a wash, cut, and style at Walmart for $25. She had a whole conversation about food with 4 other hair stylists the whole time so I assume she was just not expecting me to show up? I don't know. But I was super disappointed.

Maddie Bowman is A M A Z I N G!! Very professional, very good at her job. She made my hair look FABULOUS!!! I LOVE IT. She executed the exact look I was going for. I will definitely keep going to her!! Don't listen to the bad reviews this place is awesome!! Those people probably have an entitlement issue or are just plain ignorant !

Maddie Bowman is AMAZING! I booked with her from a recommendation & I'm so glad I did! I was a first-timer for coloring my hair. Maddie was thorough & verified the brand needing to be used with the salon owner who has 25+ years of coloring experience. She made sure to ask in detail what I wanted. When we started the coloring process, I ended up with an allergic reaction to the dye. Maddie acted quickly to remove the product & did the right thing to not charge me, even though the product had been opened & prepared for me to use. She was so kind & apologetic. The salon owner was shocked because she said that in her 25+ years she had never had anyone have a reaction to that particular brand (it was more natural & the gentlest product they had). Maddie still cut & styled my hair perfectly after the whole debacle! She was wonderful & I highly recommend her!Services: Haircut

I can not express how incredibly happy I was with my visit! Maddie did a deep conditioning on me. It was my first time ever getting one and I was a little scared to get one but absolutely loved it! She walked me through everything that she was doing so that there were so surprises and I would know exactly what was going on. She even stayed and talked with me for ten minutes while the deep conditioner was settling in. It was exactly what I wanted and, and she even styled/curled my hair before I left (I love curling my hair, but never have time to do it). All in all, I highly recommend Maddie and will definitely be back to visit her again!Service: Hairstyling

I read such glowing reviews about the girl that did my hair and left confused. I had to double check that this was a salon and not a beauty school. The girl that did my hair couldn't color properly or even cut bangs. She had to get another stylist to finish the job. I asked for caramel highlights and she lightened what was blonde prior to my appt to an ashy blonde. I asked for deep layers, like 90s layers, and she trimmed the ends and added one layer near the bottom. She acted like someone was forcing her to cut hair and just wanted to be done. She also complained about my hair being too thick the whole time and I repeatedly apologized and felt bad. Probably shouldn't make your clients feel guilty for not being trained to work with their hair type. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I'm just shocked by my experience. I won't call her out by name, but if you're reading this, I respectfully think you should go on vacation and ask yourself what it is you really want to be. I mean that in a constructive way and not to be mean.I hope this helps someone. ♡

I left overall upset. I specified what I would like to the stylist and she asked someone else how to go about it, then came back and asked me to do something else. I felt pressured because I had already expressed what I wanted. When she “fixed it” to what I was wanting, she was nice via texts but then rude and snippy to my face in the salon. Unprofessional, as I don’t understand salon terms and it seemed she expected me to… I just did not feel valued as a customer in the end. I was brushed out of the salon by the end with wet hair and a frustrated stylist that expressed she had a child to get home to when I did as well and did not want to be at the salon at that time either.Service: Hairstyling
