Best dealership around, my family owns several ford vehicles, My last Two were purchased from Steve Marsh ford Mr Brian Cook is my new go to guy I always shop 5 area dealerships before purchasing and Steve Marsh is where I purchased last Two. I just wish you were here in Paris tn but well worth the drive!!

Their service department is an absolute joke. They told me nothing was wrong with my car and it just needed a transmission flush, when it actually needed a whole motor replacement. This is the second vehicle i have taken to their service department, under warranty that they have misdiagnosed or not diagnosed at all. My husband and i purchased an edge in August, from the beginning it was making a grinding sound i thought might be brakes, had my mechanic check the brakes and everything was good but it kept making the sound and continued to get worse, my mechanic told me to ask them to check it under warranty work because he seemed like the transmission and when i started my car it would shake and miss for a little and the spark plugs and everything had just been replaced, so i called steve marsh explained everything in detail and got an appointment. The day before the appointment my check engine light comes on, i didnt mention it because that wasnt part of the appointment and issues i was coming for, but their service department cleared the code and never told me whag it was or anything(turns out this code is what indicated something was wrong with my motor). They proceeded to tell me they didnt know why the car was missing but when they drove it it was fine and my transmission just needed a flush. Fast foward a week later i take it to another ford dralership, they proceed to tell me i have coolant intrusion and have for awhile and that i need a new motor, so steve marsh didnt actually do a thorough job and could have left me stranded due to their negligence. Its irritating that their service department is just lazy and does not seem to care at all, like i said they also did this with my husbands truck we purchased from their. I reccomend NEVER using their service department.However, As far as buying a vehicle from them I love their sales staff. We have bought 5 vehicles from here and Josh, Angel, and Allen have always been amazing. I recommend buying a vehicle there just do not use their service department.

I was very please with the oil change pick up service. I’ve never use it just always waited around or some times got a loaner car. I live in Jackson so it was never convenient. Put I spoke to Julie about this and she suggested the pick up service. It was amazing . I will definitely use them again

My car was brought back to me saying on paper that my tires checked out good but was low I head out to take my trip that was planned and yes I had a blow out (flat) I made it to king tire where I was shown WIRES coming out of my tires my question is why would someone lie about something that could have cause a bad reck or just have me stranded on the hwy??? I did pay for my service could you not just be honest an say WIRES are coming out ur tires and I could have had the opportunity to go straight to the tire company or better yet let u all put tires on my car because I do have a coupon for tires with ur company but no u chose to lie and put me in harms way this is sad and wrong to do this i paid for service that I did not get im having to go somewhere else to see if my oil was even changed after keeping my car several hours I dont trust someone who would lie about something so serious but consider it as a loan u know we all have a pay day ....doing wrong just because you can!!!!why work there if u dont want to do the right thing go to a job where u can lie and not cause deadly harm to someone yes im very upset I trusted u all!!!!!
