The Walgreens in Mckenzie is now closed on Sundays??? Would've been nice to have been informed of this before I wasted a trip, my time, and gas! Smh?

Came in about an hour until they closed needing my Wellbutrin filled. I’m from out of town and thought I had enough to last me. That was not the case and I hadn’t taken the med in 2 days and was having some major symptoms. I was almost in tears. They filled it in maybe 5 mins. I’m sure this isn’t always the case based on their workload. But I appreciate their urgency and kindness today more than they know! Thank you!

Usually the staff seem to care. The medication I take You can’t refill early which is fine but when You can’t even call the night before to make sure its ready and in stock so Your not in more agony and go through discontinuation syndrome from it not being in stock. I politely said I know it’s not your fault but when you take this medication on a regular basis and it’s to help with certain issues and not only those issues are going to be worse, but you’re also going to have withdrawals. What are you supposed to do in situations like this, the response I got was very cold and callous and rude. Call your doctor and have her call it into a new pharmacy “click.” I Have NEVER been rude to anyone here. The lack of compassion from this person, this was very disheartening. I will definitely be changing my Pharmacy from here on out. I thought this pharmacy was great until this person left a very bad situation even worse people need to learn empathy before they get hired on at places like this!!! EMPATHY would go a long way

Went through the drive-through where my handbag fell out of the car when I opened the door. The pharmacist, Michelle, contacted me via email after finding my business card in the purse. (My telephone was destroyed after being run over). Above and beyond. Thank you!

Pharmacy tech was useless. Couldn't tell me if Walgreens accepted my insurance or not. Lady said to fill my prescriptions to see if insurance is acceptable.

Very pleased with Walgreens Pharmacy in Milan. Typically go through the drive through. I've used them for flu shots in the past also.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. 1 star only because 0 wasn't an option. This will be the last time I use this pharmacy!!!! Milan Walgreens has never been on top of their game but it's gotten absolutely ridiculous! The last time I filled a prescription, They call me out of the blue... Walgreens: Do you still want the prescription we have for you? Me: What prescription, exactly, because I picked up my prescription 4 days ago. Walgreens: Are you sure? Me: I'm pretty sure ? since I'm looking right at it Walgreens: Well we have it ready and it hasn't been picked up. Me: Lady, I picked it up 4 days ago. I'll be happy to run by there and show you I most certainly did pick it up. I get there and mind you, the prescription is still in the bag since it's a med I don't take as prescribed and had plenty left. This lady is scratching her head, looking 10 kinds of crazy, like she cannot for the life of her figure out that they filled it twice. Today, my son's script was called in from Dr before 10am. I call the automated line and it said would be finished by 11:15. I called again before I left to be sure. Said would be another hour. I waited another hour and decided to go pick it up. Get there and they said another 20 mins on his but mine was ready. I pull away, planning to come back and immediately get a notification that his was done but they were processing mine, which had been ready for pickup for 2 days. So why was it not ready? They were filling mine twice. Yet again ?\\u200d♀️ Granted I've had more than my fair share of incidences at this location, these two were the final straw.

I have been using Walgreens for years and the Walgreens in Milan is the most inefficient location I’ve ever been to. Simple medications take forever to receive. Horrible communication. Avoid this location, please. Drive the extra miles to Jackson, TN. Please.
