“My first time at Andy B's for a birthday celebration!! Beautiful facility!! Plenty of parking, plenty of lanes, a VIP section, great bartenders!! Monica was my favorite! You must stand in line for the bar and have your ID in hand when you get to the front of the line. One drink per ID. We did not eat, but they had a snack bar with the typical finger foods. I would definitely go back!I recommend Andy B's for a date night, birthday celebration, or just some simple fun with family and friends!!!”

“I received the best service in this bank by Marcus and another young lady. I was ready to close my account with Wells Fargo until I came into their bank everyone was friendly and ready to help in anyway. I will always do my business there. Thank you for treating your customers like we matter.”

“Not showing me much, on phone for about one hours trying to get information about credit card. I just open an account, may close it now. Because customers service on the phone is horrible, waiting 1 hours. Giving three starts because of customer service at local office in Bartlett sorry wrong location review. Sad that the credit card department has to have bad service in today’s time.Update Ask for a supervisor they know what they’re doing. Took 2min to take care of my problem.”

“This is an easily accessible Navy Federal Credit Union ATM located in the Target shopping center across from Wolfchase mall. It is always well lit and open for use 24/7. There is a plethora of parking available for busy times of the month (the 1st and 15th).”

“They are VERY understaffed. So much so, that there are only about 2 people working and they have to keep the door locked. This isn't a Wells Fargo problem; this is an EVERYWHERE problem. No one wants to work. I've seen the same problems in the hotel and restaurant industry. Despite the understaffing, the staff is still very nice THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST. The employees there have been there a long time. They need some grace. You can't make people apply for jobs and work - - Unless you stop giving out free government money.”

“I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. The last gentleman to help me was new the branch, I believe his name was David or Johnathan. He was extremely helpful in explaining some banking terminology that I couldn't understand.”
