Sunday 7-14- 23 was probably the best experience I have had in a AT&T store. Sonja was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will always go see her for any cell issues I might have. Thank her so much!!

Megan helped me get my new s24+ no problem and she was absolutely amazing.
After already declining ATT's irresistible cable add-on earlier that day, an employee named Sonya proceeded to come up to the table and press the cable issue. "Why don't you want it?" "Whats stopping you from getting it?", and she just kept on with it. She was getting mildly aggressive. I was already being being helped, and after she finally left the mood was straight up awkward and unsettling.
Never been hounded like that at an AT&T.

The previous associate added the most expensive plan to my bill plus HBO MAX $59.99 and also failed to tell me I need to call in to cancel the iPad subscription vices her taking care of it in the store like was stated. From now on I make sure your changes take affect so your bills not outrageous.
