He even took the time to explain to my sons not only what to do, but how to do it and why. These shops are going awaythroughout the United States, but with service like this, I really hope we keep auto hobby shops for the DIY mechanics.”
“Huge shoutout to Adam Hancock owner of Rite Choice Auto & Tire in Millington, TN. My son had a blowout last night and shortly thereafter lost the doughnut spare as well. Adam found ordered new tires and went out of his way to go find another doughnut, got all of it repaired and had him back on the road by 10:30am this morning. Time was of the essence as he needs to be in Washington state Monday morning to start a new job which is a 36 hr drive. We appreciate Rite Choice & Adam going above and beyond. They took extra care and time to print out pricing and other maintenance care that is going to get coming up on my vehicle. “I’m new to the area.. a month ago I needed air in my tires and someone I met recommended me to come here. They had me pull in and checked and filled all my tires free of charge and were very polite. So that experience already made me want to come back in the future..
Fast forward to today.
I went in for an oil change and needed new tires. The gentleman at the front was incredibly hospitable and tried to get me a ride back to base and was generous enough to offer to pick me up outside the base gate when my vehicle was ready. Every person we encountered that worked here was very friendly and polite. I loved the feel of southern hospitality. . Also, I usually get my oil changed at Jiffy lube and it usually runs me 110, Roland’s was significantly cheaper! For the remainder of my family’s stay in Millington I will only be bringing my car to Roland’s!”
“Brian was great. He quoted me cheaper than everywhere else and he got my car fixed extremely quickly. I needed all my rotators and brake pads changed on my 2016 Nissan Rouge. Super friendly and would recommend to everyone. If I ever need work done again, definitely going to him! My car has never drove better honestly.”
“Great place to get your car fixed. Had my 2004 Xterra worked on due valve cover gasket leak and they did a great job at a fair price. Highly recommend this place.
Fixed my 04 Xterra again, this time the engine was overheating. They properly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Vehicle runs great now. Other shops that I called turned me down due to the age of the vehicle.”
“There are absolutely no words to express how great the team is at this shop! I was passing through on my way to Vegas from Sevierville and lost my transmission. I was able to locate one at a Ford dealer but their shop schedule was full so they didn’t have time until next week to perform the install.Ford recommended Millington Transmissions for the install. I gave them a call and the owner was more than accommodating to the extent that he was willing to stay late to ensure the job got completed the same day. This was a BIG JOB with an 11.5hr install time and I wasn’t able to get the replacement transmission to them until 3pm! Thank you Byrd for making this happen, service like this is rare to find these days.
To anyone reading this, If you’re looking for a reliable and honest shop in W TN you have got to give these guys a shot.”

“I visited Quality Tire on Monday, November 3, 2025, after discovering I had a flat and needed a replacement tire. As a young woman, I often feel uneasy going into tire shops, but my experience here was completely different. The salesperson who helped me (I wish I could remember his name to give him proper credit) was incredibly kind and professional.
He went above and beyond to help me find a replacement tire as quickly as possible. Although my tire size wasn’t available in-store that day, he promptly ordered one from another location to be delivered the next day. When I returned, he was very apologetic about the short delay and made sure everything was handled smoothly.
His customer service was truly outstanding, and he turned what is usually a stressful situation into a positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning to Quality Tire in the future.”

“Now the auto center at thus location was A.1. At this location. I had a flat tire by actually running over a piece of metal in there parking lot after shopping inside headed to there gas station in the same parking lot. So I got my gas and plopped,banged,Klunked it over there auto center talked to the guys outside talked the lady inside paid for my tire came back out to the shop and my tire was done ready to roll no appointment or nothing. Now the head mechanic running that shop has got his s_it together no doubt he is under paid and deserves a raise!!! ( I appreciate you big homie )”

“These guys were recommended to me by my trusted transmission guy and I was not disappointed. They were a little off the beaten path but don't let that sway you. One of the technicians, Mike, put my car on the lift, found the problems and gave me a reasonable price right then. I was back on the road about an hour later. Mike was a really nice guy and did quick and solid work. His welding skills were impressive. I highly recommend these guys for any exhaust problem you might have. They will do you right.”
