“Ordered a bridesmaid dress in December online for an upcoming wedding for next weekend. Dress was supposed to have been here on 2/5 and it wasn’t here. Chatted with an online support specialist 2/7-2/8 and one told me I would receive a tracking on 2/8 and I woke up to nothing. Luckily I had reached out to the store manager Ms. Deidre who was so very nice and tried her best to help me. Found out on 2/8 my dress wasn’t even in stock and if I wouldn’t have said anything I don’t think David’s Bridal online would have. The online specialist didn’t seem to even care that I didn’t have a dress. They kept saying UNFORTUNATELY it was nothing they could do. I had to drive 45 minutes out my way to find a last minute bridesmaid dress and Ms. Deidre and her staff over at Store# 0042 took really great care of me and helped me find what I needed.”
