“A couple of things happened to get me shopping for a new broker. One, my existing agent had started renewing my homeowners and auto at much higher limits without discussing it with me. Two, we were looking at buying another property and a boat. I don't love shopping for insurance agents, but found McDonald Insurance on google. Nathan used the right balance of email and phone time to get what he needed, and quickly presented outstanding options for us.
