If you are going to lowes to pick something up, that's fine, but DO NOT let them do any service for you or deliver anything to you. They hire people off the street, and NO ONE is an expert in ANY field. Had carpet laid by them a few yrs back. About the second year after installation, there were ruffles in the carpet in EVERY room they did. They messed one of my co- workers PLUMBING in his house. Also messed up someone's rider mower they delivered. That person had to call their HQ and at least got a partial refund. We got a new washer and dryer a couple of months back and had them deliver it. What a fiasco that was, and NEITHER guy spoke English. We get stuff from them out of convenience bc they are so close by, but we need to switch to Home Depot if we need anything else. They are such a disappointment.

Convenient location, but nonexistent/ or unprofessional employees. If you find someone "to help", the best you can expect is " it's not my department ".
Edit: If you go to the lumber department, make sure you are helped by Harold. He is so helpful and knowledgeable in the lumber department. He is trua bright light in this store.

We finished the day working on the gate. We purchased it from Lowes and chose it from five options. The first gate was returned due to being bent when the delivery truck arrived. This Gate was brought out as a replacement. Although it has a dent on the bottom rung, we decided to keep it after getting a discount from Lowes because they do not have a gate that isn't bent. This gate was the best they could offer.

Went to get some foam insulation, showed you had 47 sheets in stock. There was only 10 on the shelf needed 19. Could not find help so went to front to ask for help. They said no one was working that department. On a Saturday? But they said the inventory was probably off. 37 sheets? A girl came back to look and said this was probably all they had but she could check another area but she would have to walk all the way around. Didn’t want to put her out so I said don’t bother.
Your customer service is bad. Plus the store was a mess.

Customer service is awful. No social skills whatsoever. Lowes needs to rethink who you hire. This younger generation is killing your business. They lack the social skills necessary for dealing with customers. They have spent there entire teen years looking at there phones and lack the ability to engage in conversations with customers. Therefore hurts your customer service. Do better

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Recieved the confirmation that it had been pulled. Called the store to check in, 40 minutes have gone by and I’m still waiting. Only person getting anything I’ve seen nothing else be delivered. I’ve called customer service twice. I would like to second or third all the reviews suggesting coorporate evaluate this store.
Update, I finally got sick of waiting and left at 53 minutes. They then sent an email saying the order was completed and picked up successfully. I’m assuming in an attempt to make this look like a simple return so that it wouldn’t make it to corporate. I’ve documented all the times and I’ve reached out to corporate as well

Do NOT ever use Lowes for your windows. I have been on the phone with Corporate twice and absolutely nothing is getting completed. Please call Window World or Home Depot! Update number #2 my installer left my house on 4-29-2024 with one more window to install. Have NOT heard from a manager or anyone from Lowe’s. Please do NOT use their services. Bc you will be their next victim! I bet if I quit making my payments for the windows I would get a phone call from Lowe’s or a bill collector! I am sure after this review I will get a phone call from corporate to ask me a bunch of stupid questions on how the order was placed and something was messed up. My original window upstairs was broken on delivery it was supposed to be reordered and sent and installed and yes folks nothing after a month. Do not use Lowes for anything.

If you think Home Depot is bad don't go to Lowe's then. Stay home order from Amazon they have everything it's less stressful.

I mean it's Lowes. Things are impossible to find and there are too many items! Not my favorite place to go. I GET WHAT I need and GET OUT.
