My husband went in this store to pay our phone bill and the guy there kept on harping at him and bugging him about my phone being up for an upgrade my husband told him that he didn't have the money and that I wasn't gonna upgrade my phone anyways and the guy got rude and mad at him. I think the guy rigged my phone because my phone's been acting up since.

The store manager is extremely rude, barely speaks English, & threatened to turn off my brand new phone + existing account over a lie that was told by an elderly white man! I WILL NOT return as a 7 year customer & former district manager with Metro PCS! I’m switching to AT&T!

for those of you who still have a choice.. stay away from t-mobile. my daughter got a 'family plan" from sprint.. for which i've been paying my share for over seven years. in the five years of the first plan.. i kept the same phone.. it worked.. i never scratched it up.. so why change.. until i finally dropped it.. i went to the sprint store and within five minutes i had a new galaxy 6 stylus with all my info transferred. then they merged with t-mobile. i woke up this morning.. my phone (which i usually leave on the edge of my bed recharging) was dead.. totally dead. no battery power at all. so i drove 20 miles to a t-mobile store to get it replaced or repaired. i had the cash 'in hand' to buy a new phone and transfer the service. well.. it seems that although i've been paying this cell phone bill for seven years.. that my daughter is the only "authorized user".. policy dictates! they say for me to call my daughter.. (how can i when i only have a dead cell phone and am 20 miles from her), and she's at work, so her cell phone won't be accessible. they ask for my daughter's number.. which i only remember part of.. as it's on my dead cell phone i can't access and can't call my wife for her to give me the number. (they won't even look up my daughter's number on the computer on the family plan for me and let me call from their phone). the manager tells me that i then need to call "customer service".. (how can i when my cell phone is completely dead and i am 20 miles from home).. sense a pattern here. **get it thru your brain that calls cannot be made from a broken cell phone... if it wasn't broken.. i wouldn't even be there idiots!". do the math and realize that reality means i can't call anyone! but apparently 'they' don't need reality.. they have "policy". unless i am the 'authorized user'.. according to them, i don't have the authority to breathe the air inside their store and send me to a different one thirty more miles away... you want to guess the outcome of that visit? i've wasted an entire morning's work and driven almost 100 miles to not have my phone fixed or repaired! (as the pandemic has mandated i work at home and use my cell phone) and it looks like i have to somehow arrange for my daughter to be present at t-mobile to have them even acknoledge that i have one of their phones and it might possibly need repair. **notice.. in a family plan.. there aught to be more than one 'authorized user'** don't waste your time and effort with t-mobile
