I love Ritter and the new improvements. Streaming is great and I have not had any issues. Customer service is always great. I love talking with the reps whenever I call.

I like the place it's kept clean and tidy and it's well organized, but as we all know Ritter communication service sucks.

So far so good. Kyle Greer was my sales associates. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation tech, Justin was good as well...The only con, was that, the first appointment available was 5 days out...
