I called today to get a price on fly and mosquitoe spray...And was put on hold for way over 10 minutes .I was going to come in to purchase.No one never came back to the phone bad business, I'll take my money else where.That to me was very poor customer service on the young man whom answered the phone.....Next time do better

No stars for the ladies, 4 for Noah. Visited this location passing through this week looking for a certain product. Asking for assistance from the 2 woman on duty got us nowhere. One of the women suggested the kiosk for my solution, until Noah stepped up treating us far more pleasant, while professional. He went above and beyond to check inventory showing the product on hand in store, after checking his stock in the back the product was unavailable. He called customer solutions to order and apply the discount for us. Greatly appreciate his most pleasant manner, the time he took to help us, while also assisting another customer. The ladies could use this as a great example of IN STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE, to improve themselves. Good help is most definitely, hard to find. Thank you kindly Noah! If not for you, I would have walked out and certainly not make/made another stop at this location, or organization.

Searching for a place to fill propane, just happened upon tractor supply. Where one of the best retail employees I have dealt with in 40 years of living. Mr. Noah not only advised me what to do to save money while filling my propane tanks then potentially saved me $2500 in fines by explaining to me how to properly haul them. I was not aware that 100 pound cylinders were required by law to be standing while it was being transported. I will now be driving from Mason to Millington’s tractor supply to get all of my propane going forward. Mr. Noah has definitely made me a customer for life at this tractor supply.
