I called before inquiring about a job a week ago the nice lady told me to call back I call again a week later to speak to the manager about the position and this rude girl answers the phone “ the position is full mhmm “ girl I don’t want your job rude as hell

Thanks to the tech that took my call and then turned it over to the pharmacist after some time, and got it figured out. They were both patient and kind about everything to check on some medicine for me.
I got my info wrong and then found out. That was helpful and I appreciate it. There was an unusual order situation before I called that I forgot all about, and so it was quite confusing to me as things went through on the call and so I'm glad they were able to know what to do to help get things figured out. Thanks. I've shopped in the store some also over the years and have never had any problems.

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. The actual store attendance are great but the pharmacy workers are miserable, unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive. We get orders filled here because it is near our home, but that's it. Every time that I go, I'm braced for an issue. I haven't been let down yet.

The staff at the Millington Walgreens are very friendly and so worthy of a positive review. The facility is clean and uncluttered like some of the stores I felt were unwelcoming. Thanks for all you do make your customers feel valued.?

This is possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to and I’ve used other Walgreens pharmacies all my life. The pharmacist actually told me to fill my prescription elsewhere because they didn’t want to fill it just because I went to another Walgreens pharmacy in the past. I was so shocked that I didn’t think I was hearing right. It was unfair and unprofessional. Also the store manager follows people from aisle to aisle like he’s hoping to find a shoplifter. This place should be closed down and reopened with a brand new set of staff. Now I have to travel 30 min out of my way to the next Walgreens just to fill my prescriptions.

Needs more main floor staffing. The app can be inaccurate regarding scripts filled and ready.. Advice calling pharmacy to be sure meds ready. Also advice keeping-up with your refills yourself

I was dropping off a prescription and was the first time in years. I asked a lady with brownish-blonde and dark-framed glasses where do I drop off my prescription, and she just looked at me and told me to give her the prescription. I repeated that I wanted to know where to drop out my prescription and she said to give it here moved a red sign and proceeded to say she was closed with ATTITUDE!I apologize to her and told her I didn't know where to drop it out. She responded that I could have a seat and they would call me. She was so cold and she had no emotion so ever. If she is the only one at the counter I would leave and come back at a later time. However, the pharmacist was awesome! He made me feel welcome and I truly appreciate it. Thank you! ?

My husband had the rudest service from the woman Stephanie at the pharmacy. He asked a simple question about his medication and instead of helping and answering the question she responded with “why didn’t you ask your doctor before you decided to come here”. When you work in customer service and helping people that attitude is unacceptable. I hope this type of behavior is corrected.

I love Walgreens you get tons of digital coupons from there app and you get cash points on a lot of things here. This is one of the best places to buy vitamin's and supplements because usually once a month sometimes every other month they have buy one get one free or buy one and get one half off and no-one can complete with them on that!!!

I think these reviews should also show the positively and not just the negativity. I work in the pharmacy and we work really hard to scan In prescriptions, fill them and have them ready for customers as soon as we can. Things don't always work in our favor. Our belt is broken, someone calling in, trying to get in touch with the Dr or we simply don't have it and have to order it. It's numerous of things that we deal with on a daily basis. Us technicians and pharmacists loves helping our customers and answer any question that you may have and if for some reason we can't answer the question, then we will definitely find you someone that can. Personally, this is the best job I have ever worked at. We all truly care about each and every one of our customers!!

Pharmacy does not have their act together at all! Get calls and texts to say the prescription is ready, go there and they say “it’s not ready, how about you come back in 2 hours?”This has happened repeatedly. Moving my prescription somewhere else now.
