Bought some spray foam. Had a coupon for $5 off $20. One can did not spray properly had to return for replacement and they wouldn’t refund full amount because of coupon even though I exchanged. Not a very good way to keep your customers coming back. It’s a shame they hold you hostage for the convenience of not having to go down the mountain!

I visited the store to purchase machine screws to mount a TV to a wall hanger. I had already went online and found the size I needed. I entered the store and found the aisle that screws and bolts were on and was overwhelmed with the massive selection they had to offer. Before I could even turn around to find an associate that could provide assistance, a very friendly and very knowledgeable man came to my assistance. I told him what I needed and he took me to the exact product I was looking for. He made sure they were the exact ones and proceeded to make sure to help if I needed anything else. The price of the screws were unbelievably cheap. As I proceeded to the counter to purchase them the lady checking them out was very courteous and helpful also. They will most definitely get my return business. I highly recommend Ace hardware for all your home improvement needs. Thanks Ace!

This is the best ACE I’ve ever been to. Rick is such a good help with finding whatever you need. He steers you in the right direction and makes sure you have the best tools for your job. Margaret at the register couldn’t be kinder too. She’s an angle and blesses you as you leave the store. Always a pleasure visiting this ACE.

Monteagle needed this store! Great selection/wide variety, and I've always found what I needed -- usually with help from one of the friendly employees. Sure, prices are more expensive than Lowe's, but you pay for convenience. I really like Rick and Zach in the paint department. My only negative is that the AC doesn't work well. I was in there this morning, and it was only about 75 degrees outside, but the store was uncomfortably warm. (Can't imagine what it will be like when it's in the 90s!)

Large hardware selection. They carry premium paint brands, and have a great staff to help you out. I feel bad I gave them the wrong specs on a gallon of paint, but they made it over for me. Thank you so much!

A small store. They may not carry everything that the huge box stores carry, but it's close to home, and they do offer quite a good selection. The people are always professional and courteous.
