Managers are always nice & evening crew is always helpful. (I typically go to my store later in the day) Pharmacy staff is great too. Will walk around the counter to help you instead of just point. This is a good location to shop at and I hope the customer service never changes.

Most of the ladies who work in the pharmacy are really nice. But the main pharmacist is rude. I asked about a generic version of a medication because the name brand was expensive. The lady who helped me had to basically yell the question to him. He refused to move. He dismissed it and told me to see a specialist. Who do you think sent the script in to begin with? My doctor is a specialist! Also if you are discussing a medication with a customer then you should not expect them to yell in the pharmacy because you don't have the kindness to walk over and discuss their medications with them. It's an invasion of privacy to discuss medications so loudly anyway. It's not like I can walk over to you-past the pharmacy desk. I have had bad service from here before and I'm moving my scripts to a local pharmacy instead of a chain.

Great pharmacy staff; great store staff. I think the pharmacy is often understaffed (watch how hard they have to work just to keep up!). Don’t know about CVS corporate…but this store is good and the people are outstanding.

We have used this pharmacy for years and for the most part it has been smooth until here recently. Everytime either my husband or I go through the drive thru we are greeted with an attitude for no reason! This pharmacy has made a ton of money off of us and the prescriptions we get filled there. Today was no different when Katie, I believe is her name, ( she has black hair with blonde streak in the front), had a horrible attitude with my husband over giving the birthday to fast apparently when she had plenty of time to get it in the system! I completely understand working with the public is sometimes stressful but in no circumstances should a customer leave feeling disrespected or upset at being giving attitude for no reason! Hopefully a review will shed some light on this issue so that the employees will start treating customers better! If being understaffed is an issue then hire more people or at least hire people who actually care about their job and the customers! This is not the first issue we have had, we are one of their customers and they know what meds we get filled monthly yet we still have to call them to make sure they will have the meds we need before they are filled, on multiple occasions we have had to wait over 5hours for medication to be filled when we get it every month so I would love to know how they don't have our meds covered in the monthly counts considering that we get the same thing filled every month!

I never leave reviews but 99% of the staff is unprofessional and downright rude. They need better staff and training.

Thus is the only pharmacy in the Monteagle and when I moved back here a year ago, I thought I would give them a chance. Unfortunately the pharmacy staff has to be the most unfriendly and sometimes most incompetent group of employees I have ever dealt with. The app and the staff continually auto renew prescriptions although I have requested it not be done. Always had a good experience with Walgreens and suppose it time to drive to one in another town. I realize retail pharmacy is stressful and customers are difficult but I have always gone the exes mile to be professional, friendly and always allowed plenty of time for my prescriptions. The sad part is that a lot of folks in the area probably don't have the means to travel to another city and just accept terrible customer service!

I have always used CVS. But not the Monteagle one ever again!! It's a long story but they through stupidity and flat out rudeness would not give me my heart medicine. I went through this nightmare for a week. I was in tears because I would die with out this medicine. I called my insurance company, I went to see my Dr who called in a new prescription since CVS was being so ridiculous. They still refused to give it to me. Fortunately one evening they had a stand in pharmacist. I told her what had been going on, she said she'd have my medicine in an hour. Thank God she was there. The regular pharmacist had been there a week earlier and wouldn't help me. My life was literally on the line. Rude, cruel ridiculous staff in the pharmacy, I dealt with almost all of them. I have moved to another pharmacy.
