I have honestly never experienced such terrible customer service as I have had with this bank! I have gone through the drive through to make deposits without even having one word spoken to me at this bank throughout the entire transaction. It took me nearly an hour to make a stop payment on a check when there were no customers in front of me. I have never had any verbal altercations with the workers and yet they have been consistently cold and unfriendly for no apparent reason. They are unbelievably slow to update their online account information and close absurdly early for a banking institution. I avoid going to the bank as much as possible so as not to deal with the appallingly rude customer service representatives. I have clearly made a big error in judgement choosing this bank and will be finding any other bank that is not this one!

Do not like the fact that they want to do a credit check just to open an account. Its my money that I'm spending and you can't use a debit card if you do not have money in your account. To be honest, my credit sucks but I work and have money I wanna put in a bank!!
