Good mobile home park. Close to Cherokee Lake and Morristown. Good size lots. Trash is included too. The neighbors are very nice and there are several families.

Nice, quite, peaceful, place to relax and enjoy the lake, horses, dogs and landscape

New Owners Lot rent $500 a month water and electricity NOT included. On site dumpster. Tenet is to pay yearly property tax at their own expense. “Park Representative” will likely call Department of children services on you. “Park representative” will Attempt to to be in your personal business. ⭕️ failure to pay will result in seizure of mobile home ⭕️Backwaters reserves the right to garnish wages of renter if any bill is left unpaid.
