Awful experience time after time. Don’t ever buy a vehicle from this dealership. Their service department is by the worst. Request service like oil changes while they’re doing all the recall and warranty stuff. And they forget, work on more warranty work inside the vehicle return it filthy. Fix engine light pick up vehicle and in the first 20min light back on. Call for an oil change drive all the way there no tech to do it…… after I called. Iv had a new f250 for 48,000 miles and the engine light has been on for 48000 miles and they want to argue about warranty coverage. This experience will probably turn to never buying a ford again. Truly regret ever walking in to that place!

I had a new engine replaced in my Roush F-150. The turn around was actually pretty quick (about 2 weeks). After picking it up there was an issue with the check engine light and it ended up being a small oversight on a certain kind of spark plugs. We are human and make mistakes….what is important is the way we respond to mistakes. They admitted to it and fixed the problem at no cost me. Can’t ask for anything more. I admit I was nervous about it but they did the right thing. Thanks to Dawton.

Let me start with, I can't believe it!? So I bought a truck from this dealership, my salesman was A guy named Ben. I live in Florida and found this truck on line. Ben called me while on video so I could see the truck and see how it drove. Ben was fantastic, he said that it was a great truck it just had a sqeak in the door and the paint was stained from Tennessee red clay dirt. I am 59 years old and have never had a honest, all the way honest salesman when buying a vehicle. BEN was that!! I got the truck checked out by my mechanic and he said that it is a awesome truck that nothing was wrong with it. THANK YOU BEN, WHEN I AM READY TO BUY AGAIN I WILL CALL BEN FIRST AT Reddick Brown Ford.

I would like to say a very big thank you to Reddick Brown Ford especially Brock Patterson and his son Braxton Patterson, for helping me out when I had an issue with my Shelby Truck. Both father and son personally drove the truck and diagnosed the issue. I can't be more thankful. Also, a very big thank you to the service department, especially Mr. Jordan for assisting me with a loaner vehicle whilst the truck was in repair. I would highly recommend them for Shelby Trucks.

Last week I saw on the news that Ford put a do not drive on my 2010 Mercury Milan. I called and spoke to Jordan in the service department and he made arrangements to come get my car and bring me a loaner. The next day my car was done and they delivered my car and picked up the loaner. The customer service was impeccable and just the BEST. The man that picked up my car and delivered it back to me was just as nice and respectful. Thankyou to all of you.
