Every time I have gone to this location, I have been greeted with nothing but smiles and very helpful people. To the point of several employees making the difficult, happen. If you're in this area and need assistance with anything they offer, go check them out. They have all gone so far above and beyond to help us. Seriously, I don't know what happened to get the rating they currently show, but I can tell you that it's certainly 5+ stars from me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They have been terrible to my grandmother. Nothing was handled professionally after Teresa was fired. Example- paperwork wasn't faxed for 2 weeks. Couldn't get a call back. . They have been very neglectful of my grandmothers needs, as well as extremely rude when asked to explain anything. Also have made it nearly impossible to get with another oxygen comany.they are unprofessional and don't seem to care about the needs of the customer.

I' m giving lincare 5 star's because Theresa deserves it. She always helps me get my husband meds refilled and will help you get help also. She is very professional, and will tell everybody to come see you for all their medical needs and meds. Thank you. Have a blessed day.

I called lincare this evening and Teresa answered my phone call. I called to get my husband a replacement filter for his Vois Albuterol machine. Teresa ordered them for us she always takes care of anything we need help with. And always get the job done right.She's very professional and does her job wonderfully. Shout out to Teresa. Thank you ?
