Our stay at Phelp’s Pharm was excellent! Ms. Sue is very inviting and friendly! From the time we arrived in the pouring down rain to the wave goodbye on the front porch this morning, Sue was the best! Thanks for the eggs and the breads! She has dogs that want to make sure you are safe. Calamity Jane stayed at our doorstep while we were inside our treehouse room.We loved walking around and seeing the horses, goats, cattle, chickens and rabbits.My granddaughter and husband did a short mini horse lesson and a trail ride the last night we were there. Ms. Sue started a fire for us and we enjoyed s’mores together!We definitely want to come back!

If you're looking for a peaceful place with a very quaint vacation spot, look no further than Phelps Farm in Warren County. The accommodations are great. The owner is very nice and great to work with. A perfect weekend getaway for a couple looking to enjoy a few days just getting away from it all. Highly recommended!

We had such a great time at the Phelps Pharm. We spent the weekend there and will be back for sure! The horses, goats, and cows were so fun to interact with. The guest house was clean and had everything we could hope for. Highly recommended!

By far one of the best farming adventures we had. Sue, the host was wonderful and ensured everything was top notch and that anything we need, we got it. The home was clean and tight, along with many friendly animals around to keep you company. The property itself is HUGE! With several trails you can take it by foot or horse. Sue offers many activities suited for kids that are just a joy. Especially if you as a parent want to also relax a bit while they take place. I can write a whole lot more, but to summarize, an amazing place, great host and a wonderful experience for all of us. By far one of the best Air bnb experiences we had. A real authentic farm adventure in Tennessee

My family just spent a week at Phelps Farm and had the most wonderful time! It is so peaceful and beautiful, and there are many things to do for everyone. Sue was the most gracious host you could ever ask for and I certainly hope we can make it back there again!

My daughter and 2 of my grandchildren are taking riding lessons at Phelps Pharm. The instructors areExcellent! Great with children as well as Adults.It is located in Viola, TN where the beautiful Rolling Hills are the prefect place to relax. They also have a bed & breakfast, playground and some cute little rustic cabins.

I stayed at Phelps Pharm Tree house in the Spring 2021 for 6 weeks. It was wonderful to see all the fresh life blossoming in the farm. The farm had cows, goats, rabbits, chickens, over ten horses, and three great dogs. I enjoyed the horseback riding lessons, trail riding in mountains right in the backyard of the farm, hiking on myriad of state parks, waterfalls around the farm, and star gazing in the pleasant evenings. The views from the tree house made my day more pleasant as I worked from home. Ms. Sue is one of the best hosts I stayed with. She was really flexible and made me feel really welcome in her home. Her entire family are super friendly were a splendid company for a solo traveler like myself. If I get a chance, I would stay there every spring! Thank you Ms. Sue!

I can not say enough about my stay here at Phelps Pharm. Sue has made sure i felt welcome, and is by far the best host i’ve had. The land is beautiful and the family here is awesome!! Definitely a great stay for a family who loves the outdoors or even just a get away trip. I will definitely be booking again.

This place is awesome. We found it through Airbnb and we cannot wait to return. You get awesome views and southern hospitality you simply cannot beat. Make sure to plan yourself some extra time to not just explore the entire property, but do some trail riding and exploring all the great parks within a short drive. We hope to return soon to relax and get away from it all. Thank you for everything!

Can't say enough how much we love Phelps Pharm! This is our 3rd trip in the last 2 years. Susan is the kindest host. She is so welcoming and always makes us feel right at home. We can't wait for our next visit there!
