Terrible customer service for a phone company. I thought phones were supposed to be so you could get in touch with people easier. AT&T is a phone company that you can’t call Without getting a robot.?

Jeremy, is the associate who helped me and he did an amazing job! All the aggravation you go through with phones, plans, transfers etc. Jeremy made it seamless for the first time since I have been with AT&T for over a decade.
He answered all my questions and had plenty of solutions for my issues. Hands down I would recommend folks to see Jeremy, you will not be disappointed, unfortunately Jeremy's main store is in Sevierville. But worth it if you need help!

They are the best store I have ever delt with, do not try and get a new phone line over the phone unless you can speak different languages.

Recognition needs to be made to the sales associate Dallas. I was absolutely impressed, appreciative for his knowledge, multi tasking skills, professional personality! This is a very busy store and needs to ensure they compensate this employee for how he handles the ATT program and the Samsung products. And I heard his awareness of Apple also.

Went by store today to get hep setting up our new AT&T phone for my parents. Matt was EXTREMELY helpful in showing us the best plan and getting us signed up. Great value and top notch service.
