sick and dying animals. puppies are purchased from puppy mills. employees give terrible advice and their animals are not housed safely. much equipment being sold here is dangerous for animals. care guides are outdated. many birds wings are clipped incorrectly, snakes housed improperly, shrimp and fish tanks full of dead animals and improper filters- do not give them money.

I bought a puppy at 5 pm on a Friday paid $ 998 only to have to take him the the vet the next morning due to coughing and severe diarrhea. So that next morning at 9 am called the vet dr magnum ( a joke of a vet). the only vet you are able to go to had an appointment at 1 pm sat there for 2 hrs and 40 min only to walk out without being seen. now I am stuck with a sick puppy on a Saturday at 4 pm with my 3 other dogs. so Monday morning i will have to pay for a vet visit medicine and see if I need to treat my other dogs too now. so beware

To start out let's point out the problems there were two Pied Veiled Chameleons in the first GLASS setup(which is way to small for even just one),There is also no dripping system just a water fall and not a single real plant. There is also no Thermometer or Hygrometer for temp or humidity, same stuff with the normal Veiled Chameleon but they had it in a horizontal habitat not a vertical one like they need and they had 3 LAMPS ON! Still no thermometer or hygrometer,And to make things even worse for them they had a WATER BOWL for him,Keep in mind chameleons don't drink still water because they can't tell it's water it has to be moving. I went to this store to just look around and found the chams and started talking to a worker about them (hoping he knew what he was talking about) then me and my fiancé went home and done hours on hours of research learning everything about these little guys. That's when we learned that the worker was telling us a bunch of false info. When we went back to buy him and the last few things we needed that only Carousel was carrying. And he tried to (argue) and tell us we was doing it wrong after I told him that we done all our research we know what we are doing he snickered and said good luck. After learning more about them I'm amazed that any of them are alive or better yet any of the animals in there are. Absolutely terrible conditions for anything.

A cat wouldn't respond to us even though it was awake. Then a turd of an employee tried telling us that cats sleep 20 out of 24 hours of the day when it's actually around 12 to 16. There were also a bunch of birds with their wings clipped and a huge one that was 1/4 the size of it's cage!

I feel sorry for the animals here. They dont know how to properly house and take care of most of them. They're selling axolotls that are to small to to be ready for purchase, several thrown in a tank together which isnt appropriate because they will nip each others limbs off, small gravel wiich they will suck in and get impacted, and I seriously doubt the water would be the correct temperature if it was checked. I wished I would've taken a picture. Its a shame. They dont like it if you tell them otherwise. A bunch of idiots just out for a paycheck. They sure dont have the pets best interest in mind.

Bro, I was going to buy some fish (2 to be exact) for my lonely fair goldfish (he has lived a year, thankfully ?) and I asked one of the employees if I could mix the species, and she said yeah. But then, when I pointed at the type of species of fish, she asked me what type of tank I had and when I told her I had a 3 gallon, she started saying that I couldn't have in such a small tank and that I needed to have them in a ten gallon tank, when clearly the fish that are there are not in a 10 gallon tank and there are a lot of fish crammed in the tank. (Take note, she said this all snobby), and after I told her that we were going to get them, she changed the 10-gallon tank story to a 20-gallon tank. Will never go here again. (except just to look around and feel sorry for the animals)

I bought 3 fish for my children and they were beta fish so it’s impossible to not know which is which the males are more beautiful but anyway after I paid for it the lady said we stole the fish which I don’t understand because she charged us for 2 males and one female I got the receipt still. She called me a thief and all kinds of stuff I even asked if something happened with my kids I’ll make it right now she didn’t want to do that I keep apologizing she just kept getting loud in front of my children calling us thief so I put $40 down on the counter and she threw it back at me. I honestly think it’s because my children moved a few things and it was closing time and they said we already fixed that stuff so lady I’m sorry my little baby moved. Godbless you lady and the man that was with you I hope you find happiness one day.

This shop has all kinds of pet options. They have puppies and birds like a typical pet store, but also chinchillas, pigs, spiders, and a selection of reptiles. It's a decent sized store, and they have lots of accessories as well. My daughter loves looking at the variety of animals and picking things out for our dogs at home.

Do NOT buy any pets from them. I took 3 baby bunnies to sell them. I walked past the store 2 days later and saw 2 still there. One wasn’t moving. I went in and picked it up and was absolutely appalled at the shape that baby was in. I took them both to the counter and told them I was taking them back home with me. This baby did not even make it to the car before it died in my arms. The last picture is the day before I took the bunnies to the pet store. The others is what this pitiful baby looked like 2 days later when I saw it

Was over at the Mall this morning. There were two adorable kittens. In my opinion there was something off about them though. They were beyond lethargic they seemed to me to be catatonic. I went to ask the woman working there if they were ok (or drugged) and she said no. They were just kittens and kittens sleep a lot (20 hours a day she said). Now I’m 68 and have had cats and kittens for at least 65 of those years. 8 week old kitten do not just lie there when someone walks by or pets them. They at least raise their heads and respond to noise with ear twitching. When she picked one up to show me the kitten it just limply draped itself, still sleeping, over her hand. Again, in a condescending tone she said kittens sleep a lot. I told her in my history with kittens and cats they never behaved like this…..

I got a BD a few months ago and it’s tail was starting to rot and I called them to see if that was normal and they said it was, when I asked more questions they got frustrated with me and then continued by saying “it’s just a BD put it out of its misery and get a new one” HORRIBLE customer service
