“UPDATE today to 5 stars because Amanda the branch manager took time out of her busy day to call snd talk to me about this incident. She has made me feel so much better about going back there. She is going to make it a learning experience for her employees to think outside the box every now and again. It's not often that a manager will give you a call back. Most of the time they just don't care. But Amanda has made all the difference in the world. And I will be more than happy to continue doing business with them. Her phone call today was a wonderful experience And I felt like she really did care. And I feel as if from here on out any kind of assistance will be offered to those disabled. Thank you Amanda. You are one in a million and a very good asset to and for the company.YESTERDAY I gave 2 stars:I had to cash a check written to me by a member(I'm not a member but was seriously considering it but now I don't know. I have issues with my legs and how far o can walk before I collapse. I went through the drive-thru to cash the check and the guy working at the window told me I needed to come in. I told him I said I have a really hard time walking can you go ahead and cash it for me They have before and he said no we've done it before but you have to come in now. So I guess it don't matter if you can't hardly walk or if you're disabled and in a wheelchair. If you're not a member expect to be treated without respect. The lady that wrote the check to me is a long time member here so I really don't see what the issue is even if I'm not a member. Needless to say I'll probably never go back to that branch. There was no sense in how rude he was to me.”
