They know you by name and some even remember your information and know what you are going to do before they ask.I usually ask for my balance when I arrive. “I've been banking here for since I was 18 and my husband for almost 10 yrs. I love that we can call to check our balance and 9 outta 10 times they recognize our voices and call us by our first name's or whenever we go through the drive thru they recognize our vehicles and most of the time already have our banking info pulled up before we even give them our account number. All of the tellers are always so friendly and will help you anyway they can. I recommend this bank to anyone. The only downside is their not open on Saturday”
