I was impressed with how quick my prescription was ready...an hour early! When I arrived at the pharmacy counter, I waited over a min before I was greeted and helped by the technician. Otherwise, no complaints with the pharmacy itself. The store though has made changes that I do not like. Their hours used to be until at least 10 pm which was great but now they close early at 8 pm. The Extra Bucks program used to save me money and offset the high prices of the merchandise. I did a quick walk around and noticed that they no longer carry as many items as they once did and I also noticed there were not many opportunities for Extra Buck savings. What has happened to this place???

The employee working on labor day afternoon seemed to be working alone but didn't hesitate to help me and didn't rush me and explained everything to me.

This was the worst job I have ever had. I cannot stress that enough. It was awful. Cried in my car after almost every shift. The work environment was so unsanitary and dirty. Pills all over the floor and scattered about the pharmacy. Training was an absolute joke. Coworkers were very rude and so unprofessional. Treated me like trash and didn't include me in anything. The girls there treat the pharmacist in the wheel chair as if he is a nuisance and like he is stupid. He was the only coworker who was nice to me. Overall this job was a joke, the staff is a few rude miserable woman who couldn't stand the face of a new young woman who hasn't been sucked in by their negative attitudes regardless of how terrible the job was walked in with a smile every day. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone ever.

A brief description, The guy in the wheelchair has absolutely terrible andNAME Is Hayden Dakota Stanley lI really hate One Bad Apple can ruin this entire experience for people. Not sure who the short man in the wheelchairs but one of the most disrespectful things a person can do, especially continually do uncommon is interrupt a person in this case, mean, the customer in the midst of every attempted statement on my behalf. Not once, not twice, several months each time I speak to this particular man in the wheelchair on phone or face to face he disregards any verbal information which his job is to adhere to and for this reason alone I have canceled entirely any future dealings with this store but I appreciate all the nice ladies and peoples faces I've had the pleasure to see. Perhaps, if there's a higher up or even a proper moral guideline counselor this man needs to see that assistance. Anyways it's been nice and thank you so muchHAYDEN DAKOTA STANLEY

I absolutely hate the self check out with a passion. We have maybe 6 inches to bag up the groceries with the machine screaming every few seconds. I no longer buy much of anything with self check out and when I do I end up almost in tears from fighting the self check out register. I used to enjoy couponing at CVS and using the extra bucks. I spent and saved hundreds of dollars. The check out needs to be bigger or removed. The machine should allow you to put paid for items back into the cart if you have several items. I’m so mad right now I’d rather slide down a 50 foot razor blade into a pool of alcohol than go back through the self check out today. Please come up with another solution.

Not only did they text me about my son's prescription, when I arrived, they told me they were out of his medicine, then after asking if they can contact the pediatrician to get another medicine, they told me that "I could go to Walgreens and see if they have it, and would transfer" so they sent me, a patron, to do a job THEY are responsible for. The Walgreens pharmacist was as dumbfounded as me when I told them I was there to ask about an amoxicillin (I didn't even know the exact kind, percentage etc) after finding out they didn't have it, they actually took the initiative to call the other Walgreens, then have CVS transfer the prescription to Walgreens, then it be sent to the other Walgreens. Now this whole process has taken over an hour, and my kids missed their trip to Christmas on the farm. Good looking out Walgreens.

I use the drive-through often to pick up prescriptions, The ladies here are always really nice. Unfortunately they need to work on being punctual. Almost always I come here in the morning they are always 15 minutes late. Would give this place a better rating but they really need to work on being on time. It's an inconvenience for customers to be waiting.

The pharmacists and techs always remember me (and they remember my husband's name too) and ask if I'm picking up a prescription for me or him. That makes you feel really special, you know?#Good Location

Kendel, the pharmacy manager, and her team are wonderful, hardworking, caring health professionals. During the stressful time of a pandemic, where they’re doing COVID shots, COVID tests, in addition to their responsibilities as pharmacists, they still smile and take the best care of their patients. I love the team. So if you have to wait a little bit, remember all the extra stuff these heroes are doing to keep their community safe in a pandemic ❤️

Short staffed all the time. Takes hours maybe even next day to have prescription filled. You might get your call answered at the pharmacy or just simply ignored.

Could have been better. We did the drive thru covid testing. The gentleman that ask our info was polite but wouldnt listen. We had 4 people getting tested at the same time. We kept trying to tell him he had already registered the person he kept trying to register. But he acted like we didnt know what we were talking about so we told him what he asked. Then when he got all the information in he realized he messed up but could not change it. No big deal. It just put my name twice with different birthdays I could handle that. But when it came back to getting our test results back he put a different birthday for my oldest daughter and there is no way of getting test results back for her. so we have to go get her re-tested. I just wish they would not act like they know everything and at least listen to the people coming through. This isnt the first time they have not listened. I think its about time to switch pharmacies.
