Don’t need someone ushering me forwards at a self checkout to scan my stuff, at a SELF CHECKOUT, and then telling me not to use my card when the machine says to use my card. Rude workers and messy store, if I’m at a self checkout don’t talk to me or grab MY items. I’m an adult I don’t need help from someone who smells like a wet dog.

If you go here don't expect to use restrooms if you need to because they tell customers the bathrooms are close to public because some teens damaged them so they don't allow customers to use them anymore which is against the law in Tennessee especially for people with medical condition and even with out a medical condition as a retail store you should have restrooms for your customers do you think gas stations shut their bathrooms because someone damaged them No won't be back after this trip and furthermore they should be made to change their name bc it's not 5 and below it more like 20 and below

I had only been in five below one other time and the reason why is no mystery. This store was an absolute disaster! You could barely walk thru it bc of all the stuff laying out in the middle of the floor. Merchandise was just placed wherever there was an empty spot, no rhyme or reason to the placement. But I guess people don't mind because the store was packed. There might be good deals at five below, but I don't know how you'd ever find them. I did eventually find what I was looking for and was happy with it so can't really complain too much,I guess.

Still a wonderful place to shop. Their demographic target is definitely the under 24 category and for parents with kids but you can find a low of value in their merchandise. Their fitness equipment section is awesome.

Myself my daughter and my grand daughter went this afternoon to buy some gifts for Christmas for kids who lost everything in the floods. One its veryyyy hard to navigate this store now there’s literally no room but whatever we went through found what we could and went to check out. Well it’s mostly self check out except you can’t use cash and that’s what we had. The cashier is working at the front register I assume working on stock but she hollered are you paying cash or card I said cash. She very visibly rolled her eyes at me and said I’ll have to ring you up. I understand right now it’s a stressful time in retail I worked it for many years but I have never rolled my eyes at a customer for having to do my job. This has been my go to store for all the littles for Christmas but I think after this experience I’ll find somewhere else. Had this been for my family and not for victims of the floods I would’ve left what I had where I stood and left.

I love Five Below but this is sadly the nastiest one I have ever been in. So much so, I felt compelled to write a review. That place needs to close, do a good cleaning and stocking, then reopen.

Great prices and everything, they were a little overwhelmed and products were in disarray. Staff was very friendly.You can tell they got slammed.

Found some neat things. The employees were great, even though they had so many go backs from lazy customers! It's such a shame that people think it's OK to leave messes for someone else to clean up! It says everything about you, when you don't put things back.
