Monte Alban Mexican Restaurant is considered the best local Mexican restaurant, serving totally legit food that is not toned down. The food is amazing, very delicious, and some of the best Mexican ever had. Specific recommendations include the Quesataco Birria, birria tacos, and the steak burrito, which is noted for its great seasoning and being fully stuffed. The atmosphere is exotic, vibrant, and super clean. The people are always super friendly, nice, and fast, with excellent customer service. English is no problem. It is a family-oriented and kid-friendly business with wheelchair accessibility. Orders are easy to call in, and the generous portions are easily two meals in one. It is highly recommended over other places in town.

Best birria tacos I've ever had. I ask for flour tortillas. Refried beans are out of this world and lets not get started on the chicken wings! They do a great job

We are working in the area and stopped too give it a try. Sooo glad we did. Very friendly service and the food is top notch. Can't wait to come back to try more.
