“We were traveling from KY on our way home to NY when our check oil filter/oil light came on - on a Sunday afternoon, no less. We stopped in and the guys were the best! We had the car serviced before we left NY, but obviously they didn't do the job they were paid to do. The guys at Walmart listened and took care of the problem and had us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend these guys!”

“Ingles in Morristown Tn is a welcoming site to walk into,its clean and well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful.I was having trouble finding an item and the manager stopped what he was doing and helped me find it.My experience hasnt been very good in other stores,most arnt willing to stop whst they are doing and help.Most assume another member will come along and help.It was impressive to know this manager did help me and didnt put it to someone else to help.Very friendly and helpful,wish more people had his work ethics.I will shop here again.This young man was very impressive.I give him 10 stars.Every store should have these kind of workers.Very satisfied customer here. “I was stuck with a nail and urgent care didn’t seem to care. So Dr Google said CVS gave Tetanus shots. So I call and the pharmacist and she said come on down. My arm is sore (tetanus is supposed to be) but I never felt the needle go in. The pharmacist certainly knew what she was doing! Kudos to CVS for offering this service, and working with my insurance to cover me. Excellent people in this pharmacy.”
“Walmart stepping up their game! Clothes and shoes are actually super cute and worth the price. I bought some cute fall boots, jean flare pants and a shirt for under $50 together. The self check outs are usually fairly quick to get through.”

“I was impressed with how quick my prescription was ready...an hour early! When I arrived at the pharmacy counter, I waited over a min before I was greeted and helped by the technician. Otherwise, no complaints with the pharmacy itself. The store though has made changes that I do not like. Their hours used to be until at least 10 pm which was great but now they close early at 8 pm. The Extra Bucks program used to save me money and offset the high prices of the merchandise. I did a quick walk around and noticed that they no longer carry as many items as they once did and I also noticed there were not many opportunities for Extra Buck savings. What has happened to this place???”
“Very pleased with the pharmacy staff and the helpfulness when having to deal with a minor problem with my insurance having to get another preapproval on an expensive medicine and my copays;)”
“So we were making a road trip, and forgot my medicine that I need to take each day... major bummer. So, we had the idea to stop and see the pharmacist to see if we could get a week's supply. We had to pay for it, i.e. the insurance would not cover it as we had sufficient medicine at home, but compared to dying, the price was cheap. The lady at the pharmacy was helpful, and gave us just enough to be able to get back home. They also have ice cream, and a lots of snacks for a road trip. All in all, a win. By the way, it did not take the pharmacist too very long to fill the request.”

My mind was blown, this will be my pharmacy from henceforth for sure. I have lived in Morristown for almost 20 years now, I wish I would of known of it before now.
