I will always love Ross because of the deals and prices but having a dressing room at the front of the store is pointless. I know they are afraid of people stealing but if that’s what they are worried about then why even have them at the front of the store and have them opened and if you are absolutely that worried about people stealing,why not utilize the cameras that ya’ll have in the store? I just bought 2 pairs of shorts from there and had to try on a several different size due to recent weight loss and dressing room was close to the front of the store where the rack of shorts was at and I was also in a bit of a hurry because I had to be at home to log in for work at 11 and wasn’t planning on getting anything but my boyfriend who was there buying himself shoes,asked me if I wanted something. I had tried on two pairs after asking the cashier if it was ok to try on the shorts in that dressing room and was told it was fine. My boyfriend mentioned after we left that they probably thought I was stealing,which if they are they worried about people stealing then why not just check the cameras and why even open that dressing room at all? ??♀️ Also,today was the first time I have EVER heard that the costumers can’t keep the hangers. Never in my all of my years of shopping at Ross have I ever been told that I wasn’t allowed to keep the hangers but the cashier made a big fuss about it and said she will have to talk to nightshift’s supervisor about it. Even thrift stores let you keep your hangers.

Always loved this store. Last visit it seemed to be being used as a daycare playground, lots of small children under the age of 5 running wild all thru the store while the parents shopped, some screaming, some crying, just chaotic

Every time I go into this specific Ross, I can't find anything in my size because clothes are in wrong places, you can't trust the hangers because nobody matches the clip sizes to the garments, and clothes are everywhere on the racks and on the floor. I always leave disappointed from this location.

You can find things for home,pets,and clothes for yourself at low prices. Ross has always been one of my favorite stores!
