Took my niece in so she could shop. The staff was offering no assistance to anyone in the store. They simply stood with friends carrying on, which they continued to do as we checked out. No "did you find everything"...no "have a nice day", just rudely conversing with a group sitting on the countertops.

Love love love this clothing store.! They have beautiful clothes & very stylish clothing at very affordable prices! It's the ONLY place I go too.! I would recommend any Rue 21 to anybody. I just love them!
