My car had a few issues I didn’t expect and that were difficult to diagnose. The mechanic who worked on my car literally explained everything to me step by step in a way I could understand. Everyone I talked to was very kind and patient and gave me their full attention

Exceptional customer service from all employees we had contact with at the dealership. We drove from Florida after making the deal by telephone. The text, phone, and internet communication was wonderful. We do not regret making the 500+ mile drive to complete the deal. Thanks to Ryan Buchanan for his professional straightforward approach.

Best buying experience I have ever had. Blake was a great help as was everyone that helped me. David explained all the features and answered all my questions as did everyone I met there. They made me feel like I was family and not just a customer. Would highly recommend.

The waiting room was very nice, coffee and a snack, very nice touch. The check in was easy and fast, the work performed was done efficiently also. A nice gesture, like many dealerships in Michigan would be to do a complimentary car wash.

Took my Kia Soul in for service on 8/26/23 and picked up 9/23. Service writer on Sat stated it wld be next week before my car was looked at. Wed I called they said it wld be Thursday when it would be looked at, so Friday I called to inquire he said Monday they will look at it. Mind you I've called 3 times by now no calls to me. Monday I called no answer Tues I called no answer. Wednesday I called again no answer so at 4:30 I left message to call me. Next day Service called and service writter said I had message to call you, i had left message inquiring about my car he knew why I was calling! I'm like YES what about my car in service? He said Friday they wld look at it. You can't make this up. So on Friday after no phone call at 4:30PM I called and they had looked at it and fixed it late Friday. (Took 13 days) Never once did service call me and I called at least 5 to 6 times. I've been in car buisness & management 20 plus years and fully understand service isn't easy. But this is 100% unacceptable i could never recommend their service department !!!! "Tony"

They were great! They fixed some nagging issues on my car and they did it within a few days of having the vehicle which worked out great! I drive a 2007 Cadillac DTS. They are great cars, but they are temperamental vehicles at times and when it rains it pours with the repairs. I've had very little luck finding mechanics to work on this car so I now take it to the dealership for any repairs. Rusty Wallace GMC was awesome and their prices were very fair considering the repairs that were needed. Thanks again!

All body shops are backed up these days. So delays in repairs are inevitable. I am sure the team here gets constant calls asking for the status of vehicles, and I bet it can be quite frustrating.I had an accident in late May 2023 and had my vehicle taken to Rusty Wallace Collision. They explained at the time, that there was a backlog and it would take them some time to get to it.I may have called a total of 6 times to check on the progress. Each time they answered in a polite and courteous manner. They told me where the vehicle stood in the process, and they explained any delays along the way.I really appreciated there professionalism and truthful updates. The team did a great job!

I did NOT have a pleasant experience at this place when i took my vehicle in for service. I also left a message with the owner three weeks ago to call me so i would not have to leave a review on here, he did not call, here's my review. Back in June 2023, i had taken my vehicle in for service. And although the employee who worked on my vehicle did not notice that Fox was already programmed in, he decided that he did not like that i had CNN, MSNBC and Bloomberg also programmed on my radio. He took it upon himself to bully me and program Fox news, 8 times on my radio. Eight different stations. The invasion and arrogance of this employee's actions had me absolutley appalled. I did speak with the GM and the Service manager, and they did listen to my complaint, but i feel as though they blew it off as no big deal. Looking at other reviews i realize that the GM will be the one to respond to this review as well, and he in turn will state what he wants to state to cover it hind. It's not okay to bully others and it's extremely unprofessional, not to mention that the service manager was quite insulting as well. Telling me that the reason the dash board did not light up (one of the reasons why i took the vehicle in)was because i had the dimmer switch down, which is was not turned down. Whatever your service people tell you Sir. I think the staff there could use Interpersonal Communication Skills training. Very unprofessional.

Wife made an appt to have A/C worked on (she is from East Tn no foreign accent) how do you get I need A/C service mixed up with I need oil change and tire rotation? for the love of Pete clean your ears out. Now here is the kicker could not get A/C appt till Mid August. Sounds like Rusty Wallace needs to train more techs for A/C service. OH and by the way ..... If your A/C on your KIA goes out seems all the other Rusty Wallace KIA dealerships in a 100mi Radius are the same.

Jarrod and Steve, the managers of the store are awesome! Tyler Miller was my salesman and he done great! Danny in the finance office was great to help with the paperwork. It’s such a great idea to have David Pray to spend the time to show you about all of the options these vehicles have. He is so professional and knows everything about these computers we are driving. It was an awesome experience dealing with all of these guys. They are a top notch group. It’s worth the drive to get the treatment that Rusty Wallace GMC/ Kia gives their customers. Thank you.

The gentleman in the service department who assisted me was wonderful! My car needed several repairs, he explained each issue clearly and explained the cost for each repair. Fantastic customer service. Also the waiting area with complementary snacks was so nice. I would definitely bring my car back for service in the future!
