Kendall from sunset towing helped me bigtime tonight. I locked my keys in my car while trick or treating with my 4 year old. He was there in 15 minutes verses my car insurance roadside assistance man being stuck an hour away from my location.

$550 to get car after impound. They did 1 hour of work and got my whole weeks paycheck. Left windows down to rain in it when I had a key. Sloppy business.

We were stranded on 81 and thought it was low oil but someone came out and figured out it was the fuel pump! Super fast service and he was very friendly and smart! Thank you!!!

Sunset Towing was amazing to deal with! I needed to get my truck to the mechanic, so I called to get a quote. The person on the line was friendly and easy to talk with, got a fair quote and was able to have my truck picked up and delivered to the shop in about an hour, there was one person ahead of me. The driver, Gage, was outstanding! He was outgoing and just plain nice! I would definitely use Sunset Towing again! 10/10 recommend!

These people did not want our business. It costs $6 a mile to tow our vehicle, which is fine, but they were so ignorant they told me to call someone closer to where it was being towed to get a cheaper rate. Duh! Regardless it's still $6 per mile from where we are at to where we are going. So, how can the rate be cheaper. If I could have given zero stars I would have. It was nothing but a hassle having to deal with the 2 Danny's lol!

Quick to come to our breakdown on Clinch Mt. Nice, professional driver. He waited an extra 10 - 15 min until our ride showed up. Only downfall is that I was told on the phone the cost would be $85 and driver said it would be $125. I understand $85 was probably an estimate, but cost should not have been almost 50% higher.

delayed me by 3 hours non stop excuses ran a no turn on red and cut off traffic took 40 minutes to hook the car up and allmost hit cars trying to back my car into a space. then sped through my neighborhood. total nightmare to deal with these kids.

I was left stranded for several hours the night before last by Mr. Davis from Morristown Towind (yes not spelled correctly) that should have been my first sign.. I reached Mr. Ray with Sunset Towing, he was polite and very respectful. Thank you so much for your service Mr. Ray. And he didn't decide to take the job and leave me stranded. He was even kind enough to give me a courtesy call when he stopped to refuel his wrecker to let know that he was still in his way to help me.Great man and Company.
