So many employees asking if I need help. It was so wonderful. The first one to me, what's Courtney. She is always there when I need her!! About 4 years ago I searched for 2 tires for a friend sitting with his truck and travel trailer on the side of the road. The only place to get them was TS. I had to rush there and drive 2.5 hours to help my friend. Did I say it was moments before closing when I arrived?! Courtney had my tires ready at the front on the store. Thank goodness she reminded me, "does he have a jack?" He did not, so a gold star to her. She showed me the jacks available and said if we didn't need it we could return it. Mission accomplished. Thank you, thank you

Great lowest and home depot couldn't ignore there personal devices long enough to help me . Tsc acknowledged me right away. It's worth the extrab30 cents.

If there was a minus 0 I would give it. Rude, obnoxious male manager this past Saturday, No clue what he is doing. He wouldn’t even help me with an order in the store So I didn’t have to pay shipping and handling. He couldn’t even be bothered to help me and it was like I was bothering him to do his job. Still waiting for regional manager to call me regarding complaint. I have shopped at Tractor for years in Florida, never have come across a rude and unhelpful, manager like I did in Morristown Tn. Rural king is up the street and has excellent customer service and knows their products.

The employees are not trained on products. Cost over $53 for dog wormer but it's a seven day wormer for ONE dog. Moneys tight. My granddaughter asked for (specifically) wormer for five dogs. Now I have to buy more wormer!!!! What poor service there. Go somewhere to buy products......this store knows nothing!!!!!!

The person doing the ordering for this store is not doing their job. The 4 Health grain free canned dog food is never in stock anymore. I can occasionally find only a couple of cans at a time now. I'm taking my business elsewhere to buy a different brand of grain free dog food since employees are too lazy or incompetent to order stock.

I went to this store to purchase a pair of work boots that were $100. I tried the boot on it fit all except for the anti-device that was mounted in the hill of both pair of boots that were gouging into the back of my heel. I went to the cashier and asked if she could remove the anti-effect device so I could see if the shoe did properly before I made the purchase. She explained to me that the anti-theft devices were there for everything which I understand And she refused to take off both devices so what to try both pair of shoes on and told me she was only going to remove one. I assured her that I was not going to attempt to steal the boot that I only wanted the device removed to see if the boots fit comfortably before I made a $100 purchase she removed one in the boot fit comfortably. I'm still undecided whether or not I want to keep the boot due to the poor customer service I received from the cashier. It was very rude very disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable I will never stop at the store ever again
