The staff here are so helpful -- they make this place shine. I was struggling through the door with a huge box & a staff member to the far right came over to help me. Made my returns so easy! Give these people raises.

I wish my packages would stop being marked as delivered several days before they actually show up!!! This is getting ridiculous. My last package was marked as delivered on the 26th and didn’t show up until the 30th.

Came to the store for the first time today, around 4ish. The guy who helped me(I didn't catch his name, but he was all the way to the right.) was so incredibly patient with me (I've never done an Amazon return before and was pretty confused lol.) and kind. He quickly helped me and had me in and out in seconds 😁 Whatever your name is UPS dude, you did a great job. ❤️📦

The employees at this store are top notch and can get you taken care of in a hurry. Two days after Christmas and we were there maybe 5 min to make an Amazon return. The only real issue with this store is location and parking...can be hazardous to cross the highway and parking can be a hassle when busy (ended up parking next door as businesses were closed).
