Had a monitor shipped to be replaced on a warranty was refused when it reached the vendor because it was cracked in shipping so would not recommend anything fragile. Insurance pays for less then shipping

Still no one answers the phone. Why bother having one? You save on not providing accurate rates on your Orange envelopes, when they are not out of stock or maybe the Carrier doesn't want to get them to leave in your mailbox.Either way, it takes an Act of God and then some to get anyone to respond to your compliant and here I made 4.

I never thought I’d review a post office but the postman at the counter was so cheerful and helpful I just had to give him some cheers. He maintains an amazing selection of stamps for sale and provides excellent customer service.

fountain city...rural delivery person just dropped my mailer/package on the ground. didn't get out of the delivery truck and walk the 35 ft. on the concrete sidewalk to put the item under the covered porch. halls po...went in and both employees couldn't figure out how to give me $7.20 in stamps. why they both tried to use $.55 cents stamps in order to do so. i was annoyed and embarrased for the long line that occurred when both people failed to figure it out. by this time, i didn't want to ask for a piece of paper--you know they have no scraps around or even a working pen---but that would have really confused them. otherwise, i would have used my own pen and did long division for them. sad commentary!

I love the charm of this old post office and personally prefer this branch over any other post office in the area. Their hours are fine.

What kind of post office in the middle of downtown opens at 10????!!!! Most inconvenient hours ever. 10-4.
